Probably won't go back. I was overcharged and the manager refused to refund the money. She said there were typos on the menu. I told her this could mean the loss of a long time customer, to which she said nothing. They also own Lisa's Pizza, Rosalinda's and the diner in Scarborough, which I will skip from now on. The... Blast from the past isn't just about the food, it's about the experience. This 50's replica restaurant brings you back in time with a mood setting venue and reasonably priced food. Friday nights during the summer is the best time to go when antique car aficionado's rally to flash their pride.

I have not been a real fan of this place since day one. It has been a plastic place. You don't sell food when you go in. It is clean , neat, and well lite. The staff doe's fine, and it is friendly. But, too plastic. However, in the last months, especially during the Friday Nite Specials, the wife and... More

The red-and-white leatherette-upholstered booths, pink overhead lighting, black-and-white checkered floor, jukebox, old-fashioned popcorn machine, and walls covered with 1950's memorabilia make the Blast From the Past Diner is a real classic 1950's diner. It was built by Valiant Diners in Ormond Beach, FL. I began coming here in 2011. Returning from vacation in the Naples/Casco/Poland area, I took a 1/2-mile... More

I notice that the poor reviews of Blast From The Past date back several months so I thought I'd post a review based on our recent experience there. We'd spotted this very distinctive diner on our way north for a long weekend of kayaking and decided we'd try it on our way home. We were seated immediately at 4.30 p.m.... More

Ate there about a month ago. Food was ok and the prices were reasonable. Waitress was kinda grouchy, but was the only one on that afternoon and the joint was kinda busy. Excused. Was impressed by the decor and how clean the place was kept. Will probably go back.

My wife, daughter, and I ate dinner here one night and it was a sort of Twilight Zone experience. My daughter is a vegetarian and couldn't eat most of the meals on the menu but ordered fries and onion rings. They both arrived in a horrible state and the fries had beef gravy on them which she very clearly stated... More

This 50s-style metal covered diner serves mostly preprocessed, frozen, thawed, and heated food. It is home to Friday evening vintage vehicle gatherings in warm weather that bring together devotes to that interest. The style of the restaurant differs greatly from the rural nature of the community in which it resides. We visited and ate there twice when it first opened,... More

The food is clearly Prepackaged, preprocessed frozen stuff that gets nuked or fried. While the prices are low and the ambiance 50ish (which I think is a big draw for a lot of people), the food is really not that great tasting and probably not very healthful. Cozy Corner has a much better menu , a friendly staff and better... More

We ordered our food, got our drinks first and I started sucking down my chocolate milk. Halfway through my chocolate milk I noticed dead mosquitoes floating and immediately ran to the bath room and puked. Our food came and my husband and I decided not to eat and complained to the owner who only took $10 off our breakfast that... More
