Pleasant Dining Experience

Lovely view of moored lobster boats at dusk on a cool April evening. Very pleasant and attentive wait staff. The Caesar Salad was outstanding, the best I have ever had, with crumbles of crispy parmesan that added an unexpected and wonderful texture and flavor. The Mexican Meatball Soup was a bit... read more

We visited recently for dinner for two. We were greeted graciously by Kate and were seated by a window. Service was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Oysters Bingo was a great way to begin a five star meal. My husband enjoyed swordfish and I the lobster orchiette. We would recommend this charming spot to all. We can't wait to... More

Ok guys you want to impress your date.....here is the place. Reserve a table up against the window facing west overlooking the inlet at sun down...and you will get a million dollar view. Really great food and service. Good parking.

We have been looking forward to trying this restaurant for quite a while. After having been seated and ordering I began experiencing some mild stomach issues. We asked our waitress to please wrap our food and she was happy to do so.After a bit and while waiting for our meals I began feeling much better and decided to stay and... More

We had a very mediocre meal, with very mediocre service in a restaurant with great ambiance. I thought it overpriced for what it was. The jazz duo saved the evening for us.

The views from the restaurant are lovely, especially on a warm sunny day. The food choices are many and varied - both seafood and non-seafood selections. We ate here for lunch and dinner. The staff were friendly and professional. There was live music in the evening.

First went to The Ramp downstairs, but that would have been at least a 45 minute wait. Upstairs, after about a 20 minute wait, we were seated at a window table. What a view on a beautiful April night! My husband loved the Dead Guy ale. I had a wonderful Malbec. We split a spinach and beet salad that was... More

We went on Easter Sunday and the place was packed, which surprised us! Not much was open around there's, due to the holiday, but this place seemed very popular with locals and tourists alike. After tasting the food and seeing the view, that made a lot of sense. Absolutely delicious, great service, and generous ( but not too generous!) portions.... More

Rumour had it that the 77 was sold to become another non-descript part of the 'Kennebunk collection'. That. in itself is not good news. Well, it appears that the rumour was just that and 77 is still there. We were there recently and had splendid food and great service.
