Great out of the way find!

A local referred us here with a warning that we may not get in, so of course we had to try! It was over an hour wait for a table in the tight space below 77 Reataurant but we had a glorious setting for cocktails outside while waiting. Guinness on tap is always a plus (half pint or so glasses... read more

This is an all time favorite. Took my visiting family here from CA and had The Ramp menu in the dining room as it was off season and not crowded. Everyone loved their focd from fish and chips, steak, fried clams and crab cakes...plus the unbelievable onion strings. Definitely recommend!

This restaurant is great for adults. It's VERY VERY small inside so there is rarely seating. Food is good for adults. The menu is small and there really is not much for children. Fantastic lobster rolls and onion rings.

Admittedly I'm a fried clam snob, but the ones here were large and the batter seemed slightly under-fried. Crab cakes were disappointing, too. Crab is too subtle a flavor to over-spice. Small outdoor space has lovely view onto harbor, but one doesn't see much sitting inside. Music too loud.

I have eaten fried clams in restaurants large and small and from coast to coast. Those served at The Ramp were simply the best I've ever had! Staff was friendly and very attentive. The fish chowder and beet salad were also excellent, too. Simply delicious overall.

First visit was two years ago on our honeymoon and have been waiting to get back ever since! Finally got back this weekend and did not disappoint! These are the best lobster rolls in all of New England. There is no contest. Eat at the bar and soak in the atmosphere. Great staff, great location great food. Highly recommend.

Having never been to Kennebunk before, we weren't sure how dog friendly the area was. We stopped here on a whim hoping they had an outdoor patio/dining space on a rainy afternoon for us to grab a cup of soup and enjoy the views with our furry daughter. They were so welcoming to us and our dog - such a... More

We stopped in for a cold beer while touring the area. This little restaurant/bar has about 10-12 tables and another restaurant upstairs. The Ramp is located in a scenic area and there was even a group of local artists painting. We opted to sit at the bar and we greeted warmly by the bartender who was also waiting on tables.... More

My wife and I live approximately 1 hour from the Ramp but make regular trips just for a "GREAT" weekend brunch. Incredible bloody mary's and the seafood stew is the best I've ever had. What a great spot. Incredible sports and political memorabilia covering every square inch of this special bar and grill. Its a dream location with breath taking... More

On the recommendation of a local shop owner we were directed to "The Ramp". It seems to be a place for locals. The atmosphere is fabulous. The views are amazing. The inside is very cool all decorated with historical news clippings and sports memorabilia. We were there on a Wednesday night in May, so we did not wait at all... More
