After watching the sunset and turned to my yelp app to find dinner. The Ramp had everything I was looking for food. Had a view of the Gulf, tons of character, and a great staff. The lobster roll was something new for me, but was amazing. Matthew was very helpful with knowledge of the area (head down east) and service.... More

We were staying in Kennebunkport but came back three times to Cape Porpoise - it is a beautiful spot with lovely views of Goat Island and the lobster boats moored in the natural harbour. On our last visit we had a drink at The Ramp, and wished we had done so earlier in our stay. A great welcome, and such... More

Looking for a trending spot that seems to be at the edge of now-where? The Ramp is literally that, a little hideaway at water's edge next to fishing and lobster traps underneath the trendy Pier 77 restaurant in Cape Porpoise , Maine. 10 minutes from Kennebunkport, this restaurant is small but the food surprisingly good and filling. The Ramp is... More

Sometimes a bit of a wait.. but always worth it! & the wait itself couldn't be in a more beautiful location with the cape reaching out into the harbor the way it does. SErves up the usual bar fare along with exquisite delicacies, all in a friendly casual atmosphere.

This is really a bar located in the lower level below the Pier 77 restaurant. The food is as good, or better than the restaurant above at a much lower cost. It is small, perhaps sits 40 people sitting at tables. Many people sit at the bar and eat there. If you want to relax, watch the sunset, have a... More

After a long 3 day road trip, we ended up here for a celebratory drink. It was close to our rental and at the end of a small peninsula with beautiful views. The Ramp itself is very small and underneath Pier 77 Restaurant. Both serve the same menu, but the Ramp is a casual bar type place. The menu is... More

The food is clearly homemade and good quality. The atmosphere is funky and cool, filled with memorabilia from many decades in this country including various sports and elections to political office. This is a find!

Went to the Ramp, on a Tuesday night and it was very busy. The waitstaff and bartender were very welcoming. It was our first visit, recommended by friends and the staff at The Tides Beach Club. It was great. The food was perfect. Many different varieties. The atmosphere is very casual with lots of memorabilia to look at. It is... More

As visitors we would never have found this place but we got chatting to a local who recommended it. From the outside it looks like a fishing tackle shop, covered in hundreds of fishing floats and tucked away under another establishment. Rammed with sporting and political memorabilia this cramped little bar is full of charm. Good service and food for... More
