My daughter and I stopped for lunch on our way from Ogunquit to Kittery to do some shopping. The line was out the door and it was about 2:15 pm. We didnt get our Flo's dogs until 3:00. They were very good. We even bought one plain for Violet the dog and she loved it. The only thing that bothered... More

Stopped in at Flos for the first time on a Saturday afternoon for lunch at around 12. The line wasn't quite out the door but by the time we left, it was about 10 people deep outside. Inside is very cramped, but the line moves quick enough that it's not much of a problem. The dogs were good they come... More

This place is a classic dive, in the best possible way! Little roadside shack right on Rte 1. The line circles around the place on the inside. There is a sign with instructions for ordering: number of dogs wanted, and choice of 2 versions-the House Special & Loaded. No ketchup allowed unless you're a kid. :) The lady doing all... More

Worth the stop for a hot dog! Make sure you get there early as it is a busy place. Good dogs that are steamed. It has been there for years and always a long line so you know it must be good!!

Flo's hotdogs is a little place on Route 1 in York that has great dogs. The place is always packed with the line usually out the door. After a few times, you learn how to order. First the number of dogs, then later you tell them how you want them. On,y open for lunch, and they are closed on Wednesdays.

I've been eating at Flo's every summer for about 20 years. We raced to get there I'm time before closing today, arrived literally, by my cell phone at 2:59 pm and the screen door had just been locked. When I said that it was 2:59 Gail Stacy, with whom I've looked forward to chatting with every year smartly retorted, "Do... More

Different and unique. An old landmark charm of Maine! It is family (generation) owned. Worth a try. Secret family sauce for 60 years. Can't resist stopping every time. Even locals cannot resist flo's. Smart lady!

You have to try it to believe it! Always a line, take it and go. Made to order. Famous for 60 years. A must try, but I warn you may get addicted.😉
