Went with a group of 9 people. Service was very good as was the food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We had the back room reserved which gave us plenty of privacy. The bar appeared to be quite busy. It had a very comfortable and inviting feel to it

The CNI excels in all areas that a restaurant could hope to. The best and most tasteful decor , original art, attention to detail. The food was superb ...the best , perhaps tied with le doyenne in Paris. Two visits over a weekend ensured several taste treats, crab stuffed artichokes, mussels au poivre, fabulous chowders, melt in your mouth entrees.... More

My husband and I ate at Cape Neddick Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The lounge has a large fireplace which adds to the ambiance. The food is always good and the nightly specials add even more diversity to the large menu. Definitely a "must do" when in the area!

Had dinner with my wife and another couple last Saturday. We've been here before. Menu is very diverse and changes frequently. This place has it all. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. The menu is diverse and everything is excellent. We started with a wedge salad which was outstanding. We ordered pork loin, prime rib and two steaks -... More

This place has it all: ambiance, excellent service, and amazing food!! My sisters and I enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Inn and I can't wait to return to the area to go again. There were a number of choices that I wanted to try so I opted for two appetizers instead of an entrée. We shared appetizers (calamari, roasted... More

We made the short drive from Ogunquit on a rainy chilly night to visit this restaurant. The decision turned out to be a good one. The dining room was not busy but the historic décor, chair styles standing out the most, felt comfortable and made very cozy by the rooms fireplace. The bar area has several tables to chose from... After visiting the Ogunquit Playhouse the Cape Neddick Inn Restaurant is just down the road. So it's convenient. We have eaten there 3 times now and all diners have enjoyed their meals. There are 3 wood burning fireplaces. One as you enter the foyer, one in the room to the right which also contains the bar, and the main dining... More

Chose this restaurant on the main route 1 based on its internet listed menu. The room proved to be rather old fashioned and with only a few tables taken during our mid-evening meal gave the place a rather dull atmosphere. Our server - Karen - however was very friendly lifting our spirits. Our entrees of parmesan crusted chicken with linguine... More

Menu has decent variety for varying tastes, I suspect that they try to source locally, ashamed to say I'm not sure. The chef knew how to cook some intricate dishes well! Service was excellent. Dinner was perfect, but the carrot cake consisted of cream cheese frosting with a smaller layer of cake = too sweet! Fine dining overall...
