Excellent!

Do not hesitate to book a reservation at Francine! We were seated right at our reservation time of 6:30 and offered tap water or S. Pellegrino. We were totally charmed by Camden, and a week on from eating at Francine's this remains our favorite dining experience. I enjoyed the lobster and my husband thought the halibut was the best! Lovely restaurant.

Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Francine's. They made it special and memorable! Delicious daily specials made with care and precision. Can't go wrong with anything!

Francines is the best restaurant in Midcoast Maine - simple as that. My favorite dish is the peanut ribs. The service is perfect - if only every restaurant in the area understood that this is where the bar is set - and tried to achieve this level of perfection at being a restaurant in Maine - every single time.

Dinner was delicious! We were referred by our innkeeper- she was right. Steak Frites cooked perfectly.

Been going here for five years now, never had a bad meal. The wait staff quality fluctuates and they can sometimes be curt, but that's because they're always really busy and rightfully so. The menu items are all interesting and delightful, but the ever-changing daily specials are the real gems. You can always initially tell the real quality of the... More

We have heard great things about this bistro, but just recently visited for the first time this month. As locals before the creamy tourist season; our expectations were big. Our experience was less than big. We visited on a Thursday before Memorial Day with no reservations. Not busy and we were seated right away. Our server was anxious to please;... More

We went to Francine's on our last night in Camden to celebrate our anniversary. We have very mixed feelings about the restaurant as the food was delicious, but the rest of the experience lacked. There is no hostess and the only two waitresses working were not friendly in the least. We made reservations for 2 and were seated next to... More

Five of us on a late April Thursday night...the restaurant structure is not a thing of beauty....but wait, it's a bistro... and for some lucky people it's their local...we were seated at a nice table...and had a chance to peruse the wine list..we had a Marlborough Valley Sauvignon Blanc for the white wine fans and a delicious Langueduc for the...
