Nice place

Tasteful decor, yummy appetizers, and great margaritas. Right on the water front, so you can watch the schooners sail in.

We found this restaurant as it was right below our room at the Grand Harbor Inn. We ate here twice and the food was incredible. The view was gorgeous and it's very convenient to downtown.

Outstanding dinner! After a horrific lunch at Cappy's, I couldn't bring myself to put another piece of seafood in my mouth. So, I ordered the hanger steak with roasted garlic risotto. That was one of the best steaks I think I have ever had. It was perfectly seasoned and executed. The risotto had great flavor but, at the risk of... More

Lobster cakes were very memorable. Both haddock entrees we ordered were raw/uncooked and drowned in a sherry sauce - inedible. Service on a relatively slow nite was slow and inattentive. If you really must eat here - the lobster cakes are good ... and order a steak! : )

I've been here twice and had great food both times. The excellent thing about the restaurant is it can accommodate many preferences: if you're in the mood for a warm, cozy, intimate dinner they provide that; if you're in the mood for delicious and light salads while enjoying the sunshine and ocean, they can provide that. My favorite meals thus... More

...but, the lobster and crab cakes could have respectively had more of a lobster and crab taste! They were pretty bready... Beer was good, service was good...view of the harbor was really nice. We'd go back...

The title of my review sums up this restaurant. Our server, Chelsey was very good, attentive and helpful. Our food choice of Caesar Salad and Mains of Chicken Pot Pie and Seared Salmon were both delicious and plentiful. The views from the restaurant across the Bay and harbour area make the dining experience all that much better. Was it the... More

This place is decent I suppose...It's in between average and poor. I've been here twice. Once for the bar, once for the food. Both times the bartender was incapable make a decent martini. The food was overpriced for the mediocrity of it. Final review...Meh...Not for someone with high standards.

Gordon Ramsay wouldn't have a bad thing to say about this restaurant. I travel frequently for business, and pleasure, which requires me to spend a lot of time eating out. In those times I've eaten at both bad and good restaurants, more often bad. But, Peter Ott's is hands-down in the top 5 restaurants I've eaten at in the world.... More
