Great breakfast in a small, relaxed place.

Hilarious take on hash - humongous chunks of tender brisket mixed with little chunks of fried potatoes, topped with a couple of eggs. Heavenly. Good coffee. Order and pay at the counter, then grab a table.

We have been in a couple of times and each time, the food and service have been spectacular. The goat cheese turnovers are addictive! The brisket sandwich at lunch is THE BEST I have ever had. EVER. Service is always incredibly efficient and friendly. We moved here with the Coast Guard, and as long as we are here, we will... More

We USED to love Boynton. Everything we ate was wonderful, and we were repeat customers. We'd been away for awhile, and upon returning my husband pointed out how much the restaurant had changed, apparently due to new ownership. We ordered our food to go, and it was a disaster. The food we once loved, looked forward to, craved, and went... More

Ordered the boynton breakfast sandwich and relieved a egg, random greens, and cheese all mixed together in between a English muffin. I was far from impressed. If you are going to add in additional items, please make the customer aware...

I've gone to Boynton-McKay for many years, after reading a very positive magazine review about their blueberry pancakes. That's what brought me there, but I've found that all the breakfast meals are very good. The café is in an old pharmacy so the atmosphere is great, with both booths and tables. There have been some recent changes which have added... More

My wife and I have been going here for several years. It is very popular with the locals. It recently changed owners and the new ones seem to be carrying on the tradition of good food in a good atmosphere. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I had a skillet breakfast here back in October on the way to Bar Harbor. It was delicious! I chose the option with veggies, omelet, and home fries plus toast. The price wasn't too high, from what I can recall. I felt full for the rest of my trip. I like how the service works, it's a bit like Panera,... More

A locals favorite for coffee, conversation, or wonderful breakfast and luncheon entrees. Don't miss out on the huevos rancheros or the breakfast wrap. Pastries are also fresh and very reasonably priced.

This place was mobbed with locals which was an indication of the food and it was a great place to have lunch, fun menu with fair prices.

Came here for breakfast with my Mum who is a seasoned veteran. The rye toast was amazing, if my taste buds served me correctly, it had flecks of rosemary and roasted red onions in it. Just delicious. The eggs and homefries were good too, pretty run of the mill, but good. The coffee was very good, full bodied, not watered... More
