This breakfast/lunch place, in a fascinating old apothocary and ice cream parlor has always been tops in food. Exciting and excited new owner promises to maintain that quality. P.S. If it's cold outside, have their potato soup. Actually have it when it's hot as well!

We went here based on a recommendation during a wine tasting. They were right on key. The food is excellent, the price is great. This isn't your normal breakfast diner. You seat yourself, you help yourself to coffee, you go to the back to order up your food, then you tell them what you had and pay up front. The... More

What a yummy spinach soup and homemade roll I had! The desserts and hand-made doughnuts are like my Mom's - super!

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated Boynton-McKay Food Company!!! When breakfast was unavailable at our hotel, we went there for a truly delightful breakfast--local and lovely people along with the owners who were amazingly welcoming also!! The food was fabulous and the coffee was perfect!! We went back for another breakfast and loved it too!! Brought home one of their mugs... More

We had breakfast in Boynton's on one morning of our 3 day stay in Camden. It was really lovely (the pancakes were great!) and we felt like locals, relaxing in a booth over a leisurely breakfast, planning our day ahead. Highly recommended!

For a non-local, the "coffee shop in the front- diner in the back" layout is a little confusing, but we enjoyed our time nonetheless. The atmosphere was friendly, I got blueberry pancakes, which they're apparently famous for, and was greatly pleased. I kept going to the front and making my own coffee, but I don't know if I was supposed... More

The food, coffee, and service were all fine. The place has some fun decor inside it, but there was nothing that was either outstanding or worth complaining about.

We stopped at Boynton-McKay for coffee and a snack and we will definitely return for breakfast or lunch on our next trip to Camden. We picked out some pastries at the counter, poured our choice of coffee, and sat in a booth where you could see memorabilia from the old apothecary. My father-in-law was a pharmacist from the 30's thru... More

We love breakfast here. It is very hearty and there are lots of options. Order at the counter; order coffee at another counter, then grab a booth. There's not a lot of seating, but it turns over fairly quickly.

Tried Boynton McKay, located in a former apothecary, complete with neat antique pharmacy items on the walls. The fish chowder was thick and creamy with large pieces of fish and potatoes. It was delicious. Couldn't resist trying the pecan sticky buns- what a fabulous treat. Huge pecans and a delicious sweet caramel sauce soaked deep into the tender cakey bun.... More
