Best Lobster Roll we tried from Portland to Schoodic Point, Maine.

A roadside stand, but food could be from a 5 star restaurant. If you want souvenirs of Maine stay in downtown Camden. If you want great food visit Mt. Battie. We enjoyed several take out meals back at our cottage. Oh, and best price for the Lobster Roll too!

Yummy fried haddock and a great crab melt special. Saw lots of locals picking up, even though this is the hot Trip Advisor spot. We will be back!

We had lunch here based on Trip Advisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. There are picnic tables available. I had a fantastic lobster roll, and my husband had a great fried clam roll. Both were excellent! The maple walnut and blueberry ice creams are "to die for"--and one scoop is more than generous! You just can't go wrong here!

The BEST fried clams we've ever eaten. Wish we were closer as we live in Lubec for the summer. Can't wait to drive down in a couple of weeks. Very accommodating fellows who always take care of us!

We ate lunch here and were disappointed. Maybe it's us but both my fried full belly clams and my daughter's fish and chips were wet and unappetizing. When I requested lemon to cut the oily taste we were told they "were out of lemon". Come on. Out of lemon at a fish joint? We ate a few bites of our... More

We stopped for burgers recently while staying in Ducktrap. The burgers and fries were excellent. The burgers were thick and juicy with all of the right. We ordered baskets which include fries that were fresh, hot, and crispy. The basket also includes good cole slaw. All of the seating is outside and the parking can be a little congested. Sodas... These guys are #1 for many deserved reasons! We had the huge, hot, crispy, juicy fried haddock sandwich and an over-stuffed clam roll. Owner/staff are adorable and kind. Small and funky and just outside the traffic madness that is central Camden. Campers at the state park across the road can easily walk there! Lunch money very well spent.

We drove from Boothbay Harbor to Bar Harbor and stopped in Camden to see Mt. Battie. Afterwards we stopped for a quick lunch. The food was great. Not the kind of place we would have stopped if not for all the good reviews on Trip Advisor. The reviews are correct, great seafood baskets, everything made to order.

We discovered this place soon after it opened, when we were stuck in a motel for a week because our house closing was delayed. All four family members fell in love with the food and the people. It's a simple take out stand -- a walk up window, picnic tables, soda machines. But the food is the best in Maine.... More
