Cuisines: Seafood
Description: This is a new owner/operator of an existing roadside seafood joint. It is directly accross from Mount Battie State park in Camden Maine north of the town of Camden itself by about one mile. I think it's #247 Belfast road but that's also known as route 1. This place serves AMAZING fried seafood and home made chowder.

We got a lobster roll and crab roll to go and then drove up Mount Battie to eat our lunch on the summit. Food was tasty and good value (lots of lobster and lots of crab). Service was fast and friendly. If you're near Mount Battie around lunch time, I highly recommend grabbing lunch to go here to enjoy up... More

assuming you do go up to the top of Mount Battie if you are in the area (because if you don't, you are being silly, and you should), this is the perfect lunch spot. Driving south, this little place will be on your left, about 30 seconds drive after turning right to leave mount Battie Park (this is important, because... More

Nothing fancy here, but it was great to finish our hike of Mt. Battie and right near the entrance is this shack. They had all the basics, lobsters, lobster rolls, clam chowder and a few other seafood stuff. Came out fast and great simple lunch at good price. there's a few seats there and it wasn't too busy.

Close to our hotel, a line every time we drove by, had to check out the appeal. We were not disappointed!! Great customer service, complete with the Maine accent. Loved the shrimp roll and fried clams we got as a take out, to take back to the hotel to eat with our ice cold beers. Thanks guys great job!!

Perfect cooked to order fish, fries and ice cream treats after a long day hiking or exploring. Simple but wonderfully done.

Stopped for icecream after our hike in Camden Hills State park. Good, lots of flavor choices. Service was good, but we only had the icecream.

It was just as wonderful as all of the reviews said. The best haddock sandwich ever and fried scallops that were amazing! Real chowder - not the over-thickened stuff you usually get- was a winner, too.
