We first ate at this restaurant three years ago. At that time we rated it excellent. My wife still thinks that it is excellent but for me I rate it average to very good. I have eaten at other restaurants similar to this fare since our first visit three years ago and for me it was not even close to... More

Small and got a little noisy but great and friendly service and the food was excellent. Great selection of beers to go with their menu.

Ok. I have gone to Long Grain 4 times. The first time seemed great (maybe the novelty), the second and third, not so good. (ridiculous service, dirty) My husband didn't want to go ever again but I wanted to give it one more try for my birthday because I love Thai. In an almost empty restaurant at lunch the hostess... After having my fill of lobster, this is one of the best restaurants that I tried in Camden. The noodles are excellent as previously mentioned and the flavors are much more creative than any other Thai restaurant that I have been to. Unfortunately the dining room is small so call in advance for a reservation. I had to resort to... More

Homemade noodles were fantastic. Great wine too! My wife got the daily homemade noodles with chicken in a soy based sauce (pretty sure it was soy) and it was awesome. The noodles had great texture and really made the dish. My ramen was fantastic with one of the best broths I've had. We ate a coconut curry appetizer for desert.... More

So glad I made a reservation in advance. Super casual and quite small. Waitstaff was very friendly and helped us with decisions because it all looked so good. Still dreaming about those homemade noodles!!!!!

We shared the eggplant starter which was really great. Then my wife had the noodle dish which was made with fresh ingredients and homemade wide noodles

We were standing outside the door looking at the menu when this lady came out with her takeout and raved about how this place was a local favorite. She was so enthusiastic about it that we pretty much had to try the place. I got the Maine crab fried rice and my boyfriend got the kimchi pork belly rice cakes.... More

Westie2 has it right! We made a reservation at lunchtime for that same evening and we had to go early or late. But there is a very simple reason for this! They are really good, nay excellent, at what they do. We were just out of season so the big pressure was off but still several parties were sadly turned... More

There is little I can add to the glowing reviews (here and in the national press) about this extraordinary outpost of Vietnamese cooking in the "middle of nowhere". If LG were in Manhattan, the place would be booked for the next year, so I guess we should take some pleasure in knowing that, except for long holiday weekends in the... More
