Always great service and nice employees, however, if you're looking for a cup of coffee for the ride home, don't bother. Only doughnut shop I know that closes at 8:00pm on the dot! It's too bad, the Tim Horton's that is due to open up in Calais soon will likely cut into their business.

Some people don't know what a plain jelly doughnut is. It has to have a specific "jelly" ie: blueberry, raspberry, lemon, etc. But Dunkin Donuts knows! And when the jelly doughnuts are fresh they can't be beat. I think the jelly is part raspberry and part apple...a lovely combination. And I've heard when they are eaten on Thursdays there are... This is a typical Dunkin Donuts, which is not a negative remark at all. This is a smaller Dunkin Donuts in a smaller city, but you can expect to find all of your favorite Dunkin Donuts products here. Light lunches available. Staff is friendly, service is good, prices are reasonable. Located within minutes of any point in downtown Calais Easy... More

I love this DD. I am so fussy about my ice coffee but the staff here always makes sure I am 100% happy. The staff are all very nice and well trained. I will continue to get my ice coffee here.

Another awful result of going on a USA road trip...Becoming addicted to things that we don't have in Canada... We drove to the drive thru and were reading the menu board with the intent of ordering one coffee (for hubby) and then heading for McDonalds for a snack/restroom break before driving to Bangor. But then I spotted the grilled cheese... More

Consistency is what you expect and that is what you get. However, the staff and manager are polite, friendly and they always have the time to say hello. A popular spot with locals and 100% better than Tim Hortons could ever expect to be.

I stop through dunkin doughnuts every once in a while for a coffee and some treats for the kids. The doughnuts have always been fresh and the coffee is piping hot to say the least. Facility is clean and the staff where friendly, I find it a little pricy for some of their items

The staff was friendly, the washroom was gross - I did let them know. We ordered breakfast, a bagel, and coffee. The coffee is delicious, I much prefer it to Tim's in Canada. They had caught a piece of the donut/bagel paper on fire in the toaster so that is what my bagel tasted like. Over all an average experience.... More

It's a dunkin chain but it does one thing well which would be service fast and pleasant.

Hey, I love Dunkin Donuts coffee just wish it was not so expensive. The donuts are typical. I think I've found better donuts at the local grocery store.
