Just not good ice cream. Little, if any flavor. Maybe we got there on an off day, but with other choices in town, we wouldn't be going back.

The Dairy Frost is a great local spot to get ice cream. It is FAMILY owned, and you can tell...the service is friendly, the price is right, and the ice cream is delicious! I was served by the owner, who was excellent. Service with a smile! I recommend the moose tracks ice cream; very "Maine"!

Next door to Fat Boys it makes a sweet ending to an good meal. Good quality and quantity for the price too. We used to sit and watch the planes coming and going from the Navy Base while eating our ice cream when the base was open.

On a warm summer night, there are few better treats than to stop for some soft-serve ice cream. This place has been making locals and vacationers happy since the 1970s and the place looks like it would still feel at home with polyester leisure suits and CB radios. I don't recall seeing any outdoor seating, but enjoying a cold dish... More

It really doesn't get any better than the Dairy Frost.  It's very popular so I don't know why are there not more reviews. My favorite is the soft serve - no artificial swirls for flavor, just delicious vanilla & chocolate, of course, but also coffee and peanut butter!  You HAVE to try the soft serve peanut butter!  If you're really...
