I didn't think the gelato was authentic Italian gelato, but it was definitely a delicious Maine version! The staff was very friendly and let us sample many flavors (unlimited samples) and take our time deciding on what to order. The flavors I did decide on (which was strawberries and cookies and a Maine blueberry crisp) were delicious.

The choice of flavors is amazing and all that we tried were delicious. (maybe 6) It wasn't like Italian gelato, but it was delicious ice cream. There seems to be a trend in Maine for homemade ice cream. We found several on our trip.

The quality of gelato, the unique and delicious flavors, the fresh ingredients, make this a must stop in Brunswick. My favorite flavors were the Maple Sap Tap and the Espresso chip. I love that there are four different sizes, and one is small (which is nice for a change). Also, you can make your bowl a combination of flavors if... More

Pleasantly surprised to find the gelato cafe open after our show at the college! Loved trying all the flavors. Difficult to choose. Decided on 3 of my favorites. A small was plenty. Staff very friendly. Open late even midweek! A popular place, understandably so as all were quite good.

Lots of interesting flavors of both gelato and sorbet. Everything was very tasty. It was nice to find gelato that wasn't icey or at the incorrect temperature. Nice staff.

I have had gelato in Italy many times and this ain't it. Goofy American sweet concoctions. Try Prego in Ogunquit on Shore Rd and Gorgeous gelato and Portland on Congress and you will see the difference. Compare the Hazelnut, Pistachio, Almond and other true Italian flavors.

It's more like a high quality, premium soft-serve ice cream produced in a variety of flavors geared towards American palates. Yes, this is a prominent business for the town of Brunswick which has been lauded for it's many accomplishments and charitable contributions, but unfortunately authenticity is lacking in the product outcome. An ever-changing menu of made up concoctions and flavors... More

We flew into Boston late afternoon took our rental car and drove to Maine. First overnight stop was in Brunswick. We were dying to eat something light and we drove into town, most shops were already closed so we opened our travel apps and found raving reviews about this gelato place. I was a bit skeptical, gelato in Brunswick? Well,... More

Great selection of gelato, even some sugar free varieties. Good coffee, made fresh for you, not in a container that's been sitting around. Nice atmosphere inside, comfortable seating.
