We live in Brunswick and have tried many eateries. Our go-to place for Thai take-out is Sweet Angel. We often get the Pad-Thai. Sweet Angel makes it slightly different than many other places but, in our opinion, that is a good thing. Excellent flavor and texture. Also, we enjoy the chicken satay and egg rolls. We have tried many of... More

Traveled to Brunswick to tour Bowdoin College and its Marine Science center at Thalheimer Farm last week. Kids were frolicking on the quads and sun warmed the waters surrounding the marine centers gorgeous property. Brunswick is blessed with an incredible variety of lunch choices but one place not visited my daughter on prior trips was Sweet Angel. Located a bit... More

When looking for Thai restaurant last year, fortunate to pick Sweet Angel. On our return this year, first stop was back at this restaurant. Staff are wonderful, helpful with menu and have many choices on their menu. Prices are certainly reasonable and the food is excellent. Try them, you will like them.

The food is spectacular--the waitress is quick and sweet. We love the Wonton Soup and General Tso chicken!!!

I had high hopes after reading the reviews. Had the pad Thai lunch as take out and it was comical how bad it was. The pad Thai with BBQ pork was a minuscule portion of soggy overcooked noodles drenched in BBQ sauce with a few pieces of pork thrown in. This was accompanied by an egg roll the size of... More

This was probably our 3rd visit here and always delicious! The staff is always very polite and accommodating - food always fresh and delicious. We had lunch and the Drunken Noodle was the BEST. Husband's Spicy Eggplant also very good - give them a try!

This is definitely a hidden gem in Brunswick. Small inside and friendly it is also very clean and well cared for. We had the crab Rangoon, not greasy at all and served with a delicious sauce. I had pad Thai, the fresh cilantro on top was so great and went perfectly with the dish. Husband had drunken chow mein and... More

We did take-out for lunch, and had some hits and some misses. The best entree was the drunken noodle dish. Although it was a tiny bit spicy for my taste, my wife loved it, and to be fair, i did not ask the restaurant to tone it down; the take-out menu they gave us stated that we would request varying... Brunswick has many good places to eat, with many ethnic varieties to choose from and Sweet Angels is a good choice for Thai. We stopped in twice during our last trip through and enjoyed it very much. The lunch specials are a great deal with plenty of dishes to choose from and all priced around $9, including a small salad... More

If you are very particular about your Thai food, this is the place to go. We have "eaten in" here, but we mostly do "take out" for large gatherings at home. Sweet Angle takes extra care with preparation and seasoning and after having lived in cities all around the USA before retiring to Maine, we think that this is the... More
