Fried clams are absolutely the best anywhere. Lobster roll VERY filling. Be prepared to wait when busy, which is most lunch and dinner times. Fish sandwich has a huge portion of fish overflowing from the bun. Actually located in Sedgewick next to the bridge over the Bagaduce River.

Your typical dive but oh so good. Honestly did not want to eat here by the looks of the place but have been coming back here for 5 years now. Friend clams & shrimp are out of this world. My boyfriend was a commercial fisherman, so if he says it's fresh...then it's fresh. Love eating out back with the water... More

We decided to go for a ride and ended up at the Bagaduce. We were looking for steamed lobsters but found none here. I opted for the large fried clams. It came with a generous portion of fries and a serving of cole slaw. The fries were of a mass produced type that has something on the outside to make... More

We stopped for a simple lunch, if a lobster roll is simple!! It was recommended to us, and it was a sunny day - so it worked perfectly. Lots of fresh local, but mainly fried, with good lobster rolls. Wonderful setting on the water, benches and trees....

Serving lots of fresh, fried fish and crustaceons, Bagaduce is a good place to stop if you're headed to Castine for a quick bite to eat. Head to the window and order up a storm - we dined on fried clams and lobster rolls along with a side of fries. All were freshly prepared and done so with care. Outback,... More

Bagaduce Lunch is a family favorite. The haddock sandwich is great - lightly breaded & gently fried. The fillet curls around the bun. The view is divine. We've been lucky enough to enjoy a a wonderful meal while watching a bald eagle in the cove.

This is a beautiful place to eat--right on the shore of the Bagaduce River, with picnic tables scattered around. The food is way overpriced, though. Huge servings of fish and chips--try sharing to keep the costs down.

Great place to get lunch and sit by the water. Simple, quality food that is self serve from the window. Haddock basket and lobster rolls - both great...keep it up!! Good local following from what we could see - always a good sign.

Best onion rings we've ever had. We try to make sure we get there every summer. A bit out of the way but well worth it!
