Best onion rings we've ever had. We try to make sure we get there every summer. A bit out of the way but well worth it!

My wife and I visited Bagaduce Lunch after a long absence (and we live nearby!) . We rekindled a long overdue relationship with this great place. Great view, nice folks to talk with and fried clams that are out of this world. Reasonable price for a huge serving which we shared. Golden fried clams that are the envy of any...

We were in Brooksville for a few days and stopped in here on the advice of the owner of the farmhouse we were staying in. Not disappointed - lovely toasted roll with perfectly balanced crab mayo. The seating area by the water is great too and the sweet potato fries were pretty good as well.
We drove there from Camden twice in one week, the second time being the day they closed for the season. Clams were well prepared and portions were generous. They have picnic tables down by the water with a wonderful view. The Boston Globe had done a review the Sunday before we went (too bad that the place had been visited...

Fresh, well-prepared seafood (lightly breaded). Larger than norm portions, but still priced too high for take-out food. Located right next to Bagaduce River & Bagaduce Falls - nice setting. It's worth the trip.

And the setting is perfect too. This year I was there with the whole family, five adults and six kids. We...

Portions were large on the fried clams and haddock and were delicious....would definitely go back! Scenery was awesome with the Bagaduce River providing the backdrop. I had looked up the 10 best lobster shacks from Travel and Leisure. This one was very good!
We eat here a lot - they have great fried clams & shrimp. I thought the scallops this time were a little over-fried. Other family members love the haddock. Prices have risen over the years though.
I love drive ins but the biggest appeal here is the view and the reversing falls. But, hey, it's fried food. Worth a visit.
We've always made a yearly pilgrimage to Bagaduce lunch for the best clams in the world. We did miss a year last year, so we mad it a point to go this year. I gotta say, the quality of the clams was not thier usual outstanding. Still good, but more like commercially breaded & fried clams. So we were dissappointed...
