Where do I begin? Prices high, skimpy servings AND I felt rushed the entire time! Like they wanted us in and out. It would be one thing if there were lines out the door but that wasn't the case at all. I really felt that I couldn't rest my fork on the plate for a second or they'd swipe up... More

We like this restaurant because when you go there the staff are great. We order "The Admiral Platter" which has a combination of fish/seafood. There is always plenty for the two of us and we leave there satisfied. We will continue to frequent this restaurant when in the area.

2 of one lobster Great place to enjoy all New Englands seafood. While visiting family in Bangor we went Weatervane - it was always my mother in laws favorite place. Always a good meal!

Last time I ate here the steam clams were sandy, and the lobster not cooked right. That was a couple of months ago. Today I gave the restaurant another chance, and found it much improved. The steamers had no sand in them at all, and the lobster was cook right this time. I will being going back again

This was the last day of a long busy weekend trip to Maine, and I still haven't had a chance for some seafood. It was mid afternoon, and we only had about 2 hours before heading to the airport, when my friend passed by this place. We pulled in, and had a great late lunch. I saw the picture on... More

This is a decent deal! Comes with a potato and slaw (which is really good). You can get rolls too if you ask. This is a chain restaurant.

the smelts are usually excellent. On one recent occasion, there were two average size smelts and several tiny ones, the ones with mostly all bones and no meat. They could've been the last ones at the bottom of the barrel. Service was excellent.

I've had lobster 4 out of the last 5 days while visiting New England. This restaurant delivered the best. The twin lobsters were succulent. The service was great as well. I'll be eating there again on my next trip to central Maine.

I love whole fried clams, and the ones I got here were quite tasty. A little pricey but the market price these days is a bit high. The margaritas were good, plentiful and not too expensive. Hung out with friends in the bar area, and it was really fun.

We had a nice visit at this Weathervane. I had their double lobster special [Thursdays] and my wife had a side of steamers and their Haddock fish fry. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The service - waitress - was quite good as well. We'll find another day to go back, probably on a Thursday... ;-)
