Got there and took 10 minutes to get seated as no one was up front or at the bar. Wouldn't call it a Greek restaurant- gyros and baklava don't make a Greek restaurant. Would like to see more authentic foods.

There are Greek options here, but mostly Italian choices. An interesting menu and we had: Spinach and artichoke dip: chips were not your usual store-bought and lots of cheese flavor Greek side salad: very, very fresh lettuce with dark green leaves and tasty greek dressing served with pita chips with feta melted into the top of the wedges Homemade lasagna:... Kosta's offers some really good Greek dishes and some equally good Italian. The occasional fish offering (Ahi Tuna) or similar is a good choice as it will be prepared to your preference for doneness.

When we first moved to the area, we prioritized getting acquainted with local restaurants. By and large, we were pleased with the options, and found that Kosta's, in particular, was a good solid choice for a sit down meal. Our most recent visit, though, really floored us. We hadn't been for a while, so when my girlfriend suggested Kosta's, I... More

We had a nice lunch here, the food was good but the service needs to improve. It was a little noisy for us also. We will try it one more time.

Kosta's in Brewer is a fixture we always seem to drive by, but the other night we stopped in for dinner. The back room is a bit loud, but the front room was pleasant for noise. The food was very good, and we had good service as well. We plan on returning after this pleasant 1st visit.

Went to Kostas for the first (and last) times tonight. Arrived at 5:30 and there were lots of seats and we were seated promptly. Drinks arrived quickly and my fountain diet coke was flat. It took forever for our apps. My niece ordered mozzarella sticks (squares?) and she said they were ok. I got Teriyaki scallops wrapped in bacon and... More

Ate here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Expected more of a Greek decor but the food was what we came for. We weren't disappointed. My son and I each ordered the chicken gyro and my husband got the Moussaka and were very happy with our choices. Will definitely be back!
