This was a great spot to grab breakfast. There was an excellent self-serve coffee station. The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were cooked fresh and served quickly. It seems to be a favorite spot amongst the locals too.

I visited in January 2013 and tried the Pho soup, a Vietnamese speciality. It was excellent! The owners are Vietnamese, so this is the real thing, with a wonderful combination of spices. Their portions are always generous, and I've had excellent sandwiches there (they use homebaked bread). In the summer, the back patio has a lovely view of the harbor.
Apple Fritters still top the list.
After reading other Trip Advisor reviews we tried the vegetable omelette yesterday. It was not pretty, but it sure tasted good. The owner/chef/waitress was a little harried by our 6:35 AM order, but she started chopping the veggies quickly and assembled a great dish. It looked like there were four eggs in each omelette....

Had a wonderful lunch yesterday with my cousin who is visiting from Florida. We shared Chicken Satay, Veggies with Squid, Steamed Dumplins and Egg Rolls. My mouth just started to water over again. Awesome little place on Townsend Avenue. A must visit !!! We ate outside in their little garden.
We love Vietnamese food in our home town. Finding this one after a week feasting on lobster and other rich food was a blessing. We started with the fresh spring rolls, filled with veggies and a great peanut dipping sauce. Perhaps the best part of the meal was the pan fried dumplings. We have them hundreds of times at many...

I always order take out here when I'm in Boothbay Harbor. Great Thai food at reasonable prices & portions big enough to feed two
Each morning I visited for fresh baked goods--muffins, croissant, danish, apple strudel--and fresh coffee. On these occasions I met locals who enquired about my home, so that I was able to engage them in conversations about local restaurants and activities. Information from the local townspeople proved the best recommendations. Good to get the coffee and baked goods fresh.
Yes, the portions were massive and the prices somewhat low, but the food was borderline inedible. Someone told me that was the best Pad Thai they ever had, and I have to wonder if they had ever had it before. For a Vietnamese place, I was surprised that there was no mint, cilantro, lime or chili to be found. Pad...

Vietnamese food, very good and fresh. Friendly family run business. And their donuts are good too! I love their fresh spring rolls.
This was our first visit to Baker's Way and certainly won't be our last. The omlets were very large and very good--and only $4.00. The breakfast sandwhich at the next table looked great. The outside dining is very pleasant. They are also open for lunch and dinner.
