We give this place a slight edge over the Lobster Dock

Great steamers and lobster rolls. Corn on the cob was not mushy. Very good cole slaw. Plenty of seating with excellent views of the harbor. We don't mind the ordering, but it might be disconcerting for some. It's best to have your party split: rolls and fried dinners, steamers and lobster, and... read more

There are so many other great choices for seafood. Super overpriced and we couldn't really figure out why.

Perfect Maine seaside experience. No frills, just the freshest lobster you will ever eat. Shell so soft you open it with your hands - no cracker needed. If you like oysters, they offer "Buck a shuck" at 6pm.

We were on a quest for the best lobster rolls in the Boothbay area. We tried many and they were all good, but Boothbay Lobster Wharf was the best in quality and quantity for the price. Nice, relaxed atmosphere, and Valerie at the bar made us wonderful blueberry pomegranate sangria. We went twice to this place, once for lunch and... More

My daughter and I ordered the Seafood Platter and a salmon sandwich. My Seafood Platter sat on the counter for 5 minutes before I asked for it (I like my food hot). My daughters sandwich came 10 minutes after my meal. I don't understand why because the place was not busy. My seafood platter consisted of 3 scallops and about... More

We ordered the twin lobster special with two sides. The lobsters were perfectly cooked and fresh. The salads were generous and fresh. The outdoor and indoor seating is on the water with a lovely view of Boothbay harbor. The Boothbay Lobster Wharf is the only place we would have our lobster fix.

The salad was very small for the price. Asked for it to go and could not even get a bag for it. When opened the container, the lettuce was brown on the ends and other pieces were inedible. Threw it away. This used to be a great place.

We eat at the Lobster Wharf every year. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Good value for the lobster dinners. We love having the oysters for an appetizer - freshly shucked right at the pier.

Our large group went for fried seafood and lobsters earlier this summer as we kicked off a 50th reunion celebration. The food quality was top-notch -- lobster and steamers were excellent as was the lobster roll. The wait was strangely long considering it was almost closing time and we were almost the only ones there but this was mitigated by... More

It was unanimous, 9 of us dined at the Lobster Wharf on July 4th and the only fireworks that were set off were in our collective digestive tracks. Everyone liked the blueberry pie. Don't bother even if you're starving.
