Not at all fancy, but very real seaside Maine. I would prefer my beer in a real glass rather than plastic, but here one can dig into one's lobster with bare hands, let the butter drip, and no one is bothered. The lobster dinners were very nicely priced, more

The food was pretty good although i was not too happy at having to use plastic cutlery, and drink beer from a plastic cup. However the view of the harbor was fabulous and i would return (hopefully to find proper utensils) more

Arrived late to eat but seated us none the less. Good advise on drinks (local brews were excellant, try the Sea Dog Blueberry wheat ale). Food was Okay but nothing special. I shered some different things within my party and they were all ok!. more

Kaler's is a nice place with very friendly employees. The food was average, but the kids loved the touch tank on the back deck. Lots of live critters from the sea to look at and touch. Worth returning to. more

Just went to Kaler's for dinner. Husband and son had fried clam dinner; daughter and I had a fish fry. Food was very fresh. Good service. Prices were reasonable...$11 for all you can eat fish; $16 for a large, fresh clam dinner. Very family friendly place; laid back and casual; good wait staff. Would go back again. more
