On the water, in the heart of town. Varied menu, good service, good lobster rolls. Locals like this place

We had the lobster rolls and they were good. The lobster was plentiful and the rolls very fresh. The only thing I'd change is season the lobster filling a bit more. The service was good.

We arrived in Boothbay Harbor late afternoon in mid-October. What we didn't realize was that most of the restaurants had closed for the season the day before. When we are in the area, we like to eat at the Lobster Dock, but had to find another eatery. We were glad that we had chosen Kaler's. Between the four of us,... More

Can't say it was the best lobster roll I've ever had but it was definitely an A- or B+ The lobster was definitely fresh, just not quite as sweet as the one I had at Red's in Wiscasset. My friend had the clam chowder and a lobster roll and he noted that the clam chowder was a little liquidy (rather... More

This is a fun restaurant and one of the few open this time of year. Seems like most of the town is shut down and it's only 10/17 what's up with that? Lobster was very good and fairly priced. The chowder was good also and the service friendly. Enjoy!

The fried lobster was delicious. I've never had fried lobster before…it was tender and juicy. The caesar salad was good. The sweet potato fries were wonderful! The crab dip was so-so. It was comprised of nothing but cream cheese…could have used some spices and maybe mixed cheeses.

Visited Kalers on a getaway with my boyfriend. Went for an early dinner, around 4pm and it was very quiet. My boyfriend ordered the double lobster and I got the lobster pie. Both were delicious. We would definitely go back.

THis restaurant was a huge disappointment since it was recommended as a local restaurant. It is just another tourist trap. The food is below average and overpriced. Don't get the broiled fish combo for $22.99 You will go away hungry.
