Awesome roof top deck & bar area! Gourmet selections that are delicious. The signature drinks are refreshing! The staff is very professional & attentive! Their Risotto dishes are amazing, they don't skimp on dinner portions! A must eat when in Boothbay Harbor ! Bruno & Sharon

Five of us chose The Boathouse Bistro at the last minute and were so glad we did. Although the rooftop dining room was filled we scored an outside table on the second floor and watched the sun set over the harbor. A large menu made choosing difficult. Two malbecs were offered by the glass and the server answered quickly when... More

We came here last night with a group of 8 around 7:30 and sat out on the 3rd floor roof deck. When you come, sit up here at one of the umbrella tables. My wife and I sampled the shrimp and grits tapas. The grits were creamy and the shrimp was fresh with a little kick. I had the grilled... More

We went for a light meal after a day of travel. It has three levels, and when you walk in, its is totally confusing as to where to go and who is going to seat you. We ended up on the second floor. The hostess said there would be a table in two minutes, so we grabbed a seat at... More

The rooftop open dining is the place to be. Great selection of local craft beers and tapa selection was amazing. Don't miss the lobster bisque!

We had a group of about 10 for drinks & tapas on the roof one evening. It was gorgeous and delicious. I think we ordered about one of every tapas and were pleased with all. It's a little crowded up there but worth it on a beautiful evening.

Sat on the rooftop deck, good view of the harbor, wait staff good and attentive. Good was good but it was definitely a little pricey especially for lunch. I had pork stir fry as recommended by our waiter and it was good and light. My sister got the lobster risotto, which was also tasty but could have used more generous... More

We had a light lunch here and ordered tapas. The pistachio scallops were so tasty that we ordered a second one! The salmon tartar was also excellent. We sat on the third floor which had a fantastic view of the harbor. Service was great. All in all a wonderful way to spend some relaxation time with fantastic food.

Don't miss this place or the maple blueberry scallops. The risotto was one of the best we have had. Simply amazing!! Sit on the third deck if possible. One of our best meals while here for 3 nights.

Ate at the Boathouse Bistro in July 2014. Sat on the 3rd floor great view of Boothbay Harbor. My husband had the Kobe beef sliders and I had the vegetarian griller. Both vey good. Service was slow our server seemed distracted many times.
