Great Fish & Chips!

Great bar and really good fish & chips. Delicious calamari that even a 4 year old could eat! I've only tried salad and dessert, but in looking around at other diners, I think the rest of the menu is good too!

We had a quick dinner here recently and found that the food had improved quite a bit in comparison to the last two years. My husband loves fish and chips and thought the fish was particularly good- fresh, tasty and not over-breaded. The sweet potato fries were also good. The wait staff here is and has most always been good.... More

Had lunch at Marlintini's yesterday and tried the haddock chowder. It was really wonderful. Another person in our group had the Reuben sandwich and it was really good too. Generous portions and good food.

We eat there several times a month. They have wonderful comfort foods. In the midst of a snow storm, a steaming bowl of homemade cream of mushroom soup really hits the spot. There are nicely prepared sandwiches with generous servings. They do some very common foods uncommonly well. The classic Ceasar salad is perfect. The calamari is done quite nicely... More

My husband had lunch here and wanted me to try it. I had been there before but not for lunch. My husband had the Blackened Haddock sandwich and they offered gluten free bread which is a big deal for him. I decided on one of the lunch specials - lasagna. The taste was great but it was cold. A regret... More

Our Guest House Innkeeper did not recommend this establishment and we now know why! Big mistake there are certainly a lot of good establishments in Blue Hill - some of which we patronised. The staff were however friendly, polite and helpful but the atmosphere is non existent.

We didn't expect much as we wandered into this bar/restaurant. It was raining like hell outside but we found Marlintini's and went in. After many lobster rolls and such at other places in Maine, I felt like a cheesesteak. It was really good, and I'm from southern Pennsylvania. My wife said that her burger was very good also. We sloshed... More

The food is great and moderately priced. We had fish and chips and Cheese steak sandwiches recently. Can't top the deserts either.

First time at Marlintini's. Drove to Blue Hill looking for a tasty lunch only to learn that our favorite places weren't open until late afternoon. Since we were there we thought well, why not. We should have traveled on. It's not that it was terribly bad but in this economy, with prices so high, we look for unusual/yummy treats that... More
