We were steered by one of the Biddeford locals to the Cole Road Cafe on 9/26/14 for breakfast. The colorful restaraunt was a-hopping at 10:30AM bu the hostess found us a table in 2 minutes, and we had fresh wonderful coffe in 1 more minute. Our Omelettes, homefries and homemade raisin toast flew in in about 5 minutes after we... More

Not many choices for breakfast in Saco-Biddeford, but this is the best, if a little off the beaten track.

Went here with the family and, after having a little trouble locating it off Rt. 1, settled in breakfast. My wife and daughter had the enormous-sized and delicious pancakes and the chocolate chip pancakes. I had a omelet with mozzarella, sweet peppers and sweet and hot sausage, which left me stuffed. (Next time, I will sub in chorizo for the... More

They make their own muffins and everything else. I had a great omelette, but they've got some seriously sweet breakfast offerings such as french toast filled with marshmallow and topped with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Very accomodating for allergies and large groups

Barely visible behind a car wash on route one, this place was worth the search! They have standard fare combined with some creative dishes to meet the cravings of most Prompt and pleasant service, generous well cooked portions, and reasonable prices, though the surcharge for the in house baked bread was a bit over the top (but quite good!) will... We live in southern Maine and frequent Cole Road regularly, except in the summer. It is one of our favorite breakfast places and the owners are really nice people. It is on the small side, located just off of route 1, and has a small parking area. We often have to park on the street when it is busy, which... More

We stopped in this cafe while we were staying right down the street. It's a little bit hidden from the main road, but is a great place. There were six of us so there was a short wait of about 15 minutes. The wait staff and owner of the place were all very hands on and made sure you had... More

This is a small privately owned cafe that the locals use all the time. It has a tremendous variety of foods, all with personal touches. The quality of the ingredients is exemplary. The setting is unique and very homey.
