On a warm summer evening, we had an enjoyable meal on the outdoor deck. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly, and quite attentive, and the food was attractively presented and tasted nice enough but not exceptional or memorable.

We told them we had a 6 and 9 year old with us, which they welcomed. We made an early reservation on the deck. We were seated by an older, very crochety lady. We were seated, then waited at least 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Our server did her best (we ordered drinks and entrees all at once). After ordering,... More

The food here was very tasty. I had a wild mushroom soup that we came back for. The pesto chicken sandwich was good as well. Our waitress both days was a real pro.

Small restaurant. Had the meatloaf, rice and vegies. Very good. Like so many small town, everyone was friendly. A lady sitting alone invited me to eat with her so we both wouldn't be alone. Had a great visit.

Turns out it stands for Sue and Stan, the owners. This was the best meal I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The owners are gracious, and Stan the chef, is as good as any chef out there...the bread was hot, the appetizers were amazing, the seafood was excellent, and the desert was home made also, and incredible. I highly... More

In a town dominated by golden retrievers (seriously, are you even allowed any other type of dog there?) we found this quaint restaurant for lunch over the weekend with a big menu. I had the grilled cheese and lobster, she had the lobster roll, and we both left having satisfied our lobster needs . . . for the time being.

This was exactly what we were looking for when we came to Maine. The whole Maine lobster was fantastic as well as every dish we had the pleasure to enjoy. The seafood chowder, French onion soup, and lobster stew might have been the 3 best soups we have ever had. Blueberry pie and key lime pie for dessert was a... More

Passing through the area we were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat. We walked up to this place and saw the sign that said they closed for lunch at 2:30. It was 2:25 so we started to walk away. The waitress leaned her head over the outdoor patty and said "You boys want lunch?" She was... More
