What a pleasant surprise! Very tasty made to order sandwich. Stopped in while on a road trip, glad we found them as my sister is a vegan and it can be hard to find food in little towns. Great quality, friendly staff and good variety of prepared foods. Seems like a mini grocery / deli for locals as well. There... More

I've driven by this place for years, but never stopped in. This past week my son convinced me to do so. Much more than I ever thought it was. We picked up some of their prepared foods to take back to the house and heat up. They were wonderful!! Two days later he came back to the house with a... More

This place does not look like much but they offer a good selection of prepared foods, sandwiches, wine, beer & health foods. It's a pretty unique place and the people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Been here before, a couple years ago, and they've changed ownership since. Sandwiches are still great tasting, but, now they jip you on proportions. We ordered a ham and cheese sub, and anticipated a bigger size. It turned out to be size of a foot long hot dog bun :( We bought other food for snacks, very tasty, but still... More

We had an outstanding stop for sandwiches and cookies while leaf peeping in Bethel. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. The gingersnaps were particularly good. The food was very reasonably priced. The store has a lot of items that could come in handy for travelers (including some homopathic remedies). There is also a good selection of wines and, although... Anyone that has read my reviews knows that I have to constantly ring the bell on restaurants and take outs that don't offer GF options and don't offer quality, creative vegan options. As a chef, I enjoy the experience of eating out and the joy (or heartbreak) of eating the creations of chefs from a variety of styles of restaurants.... More

Who knew that you had to come all the way up to Maine to find the perfect little store that caters to the Organic, Gluten free crowd ( that isn't a huge chain store)! My wife and I spent more than an hour wandering and looking at all of the great options for food, veggies, wine and beer. They have... More

This place is excellent for those looking for healthy, loca lfood options. Prices are very reasonable, the selection of food, wine, beer, and cheese is really outstanding. Don't miss out on the BBQ for dinner or lunch. A great option for delicious prepared food or groceries without breaking the bank.

We were staying in a local hotel and wanted to stop for sandwiches. This was a great choice. Wish we were had a kitchen as they had some frozen food options that looked great. We got a sandwich from them and pick up BBQ from the food truck in the parking lot. Sat at a picnic table on the grounds... More
