Great food

We have been here many times and are still amazed how great the food is. We go for breakfast which is great value for money. All the locals go here so you get a good sense of the community. The diner is what it is so don't go expecting gourmet quisine. It's just basic American food done well at a... read more

Service is what you'd expect in a diner. They were friendly, owner walked around checking on everything. Waitress was always there if you needed something and knew when to refill you glass without asking her to do so. Very clean, reasonably priced.

Stopped in for a quick hot breakfast on our way out of town. I had an Ham, Egg and Cheese Sandwich on a bagel with tea. My boyfriend had the sausage burrito with coffee. The service was very friendly and it was just what we needed.

My son and I swung in for a quick lunch on our way out of town and will definitely be back next winter when we return. What a neat little dinner with friendly staff and food that is not mediocre. The burgers impressed and according to the old fella sitting near me, the sandwiches are equally as tasty. Give this... More

This diner had the best food! Homemade bread and the coconut pie was to die for! When we travel, we like to find out where the locals eat and this place didn't disappoint us at all. We were in Bethel for a week and I think we ate dinner here almost every night.

Stopped in a couple times while in the area. Both times for breakfast. Both times it was a great diner breakfast. Pancakes hot and tasty. Omelets, homefries and fried eggs were cooked perfectly. Great homemade breads. Good coffee and service was very good with smiles and welcoming. While there saw some burgers go out to a table next to use.... More

The breakfast was excellent. Try the homemade raisin bread as French toast. Service was really friendly. This place is not fancy. It is just good American breakfasts and diner fare done really well.

We spent the night in Bethel on the way to Portland and found the Crossroads Diner. The place was hopping. Great service, food was really good. I got a standard breakfast and asked how big the pancakes were. My boyfriend and I share them, so I wanted to know whether to order 1 or 2. She indicated the size and... More

We ate here twice - for dinner and breakfast - and enjoyed both meals. I had the buffalo chicken salad and enjoyed the homemade apple crisp ala mode for dinner and then I had a breakfast sandwich (on homemade bread) the next morning. The diner opens at 5:30 AM and the locals provided us with a great suggestion for our... More

Service was friendly and mostly efficient (except needing to ask another waitress for something because ours was AWOL). Ordered OJ, an omelette, and crab cake eggs Benedict. The omelette looked and tasted very good, and came with two huge slabs of their house-made wheat toast. The bread was good, not amazing. The "crab cakes" were mostly potato, greasy, and wafer-thin.... More
