Great brunch spot

We were pleasantly surprised to bring the entire family and kiddos on Friday morning and be treated to a wonderful breakfast. The highlights were the pancakes both plain and blueberry. The eggs Benedict was very solid as was the crab cakes Benny. All and all a great value for homemade breakfast!!

Everything you can hope for in a diner-type setting -- locals settled in to their every-day tables and meals, families of all ages, very good home-style cooking, friendly informal service. I really enjoyed the homemade cinnamon-raisin bread for toast and for French toast

One of the only places to go out for breakfast and feel that the owners take advantage of this. The wait can be quite long on the weekend, service with a bit of an attitude, and food quality not what we expected based on other reviews. Not sure where other reviewers get the cheap eats idea ~ cost for two... More

It is one of the few if not the only full breakfast place in Bethel. It needs to be a little cleaner. The prices are very reasonable and it was busy. I hesitate to go back but maybe we just it an off day.

Everyone in my group ordered breakfast food (eggs, toast, pancakes, and homefries) so I am not sure how the non-breakfast food is. Everything was cooked well, albeit standard. The waitress asked the kitchen to cook my 8 month old son's order immediately so that I could feed him before my food came out, which I appreciated. The prices are extremely... More

Cheap, fast, delicious. What more could you want out of a breakfast place. I'm a big fan of their corned beef hash.

The locals are really friendly and the food was good. My husband enjoyed a pizza and I had pulled pork. Both were quite tasty.

Left our hotel early and this was a convenient breakfast stop driving home from Freeport. The inside was clean, basic no frills which was quite fine for us and seemed to be a place for the 'locals'. No complaints with the service, reasonable cost and our breakfast was good with the exception of not being able to order link sausages... More

Took the family in for breakfast. Wait staff seemed mostly disinterested in providing any friendly service. Sat us, took order, then seemed to forget about us. Pancakes were overcooked, coffee was watered down, bacon was the cheapest quality, the homemade bread they brag about was blah and they soak it in butter rendering it a soppy mess. The did manage... Let me preface this with the fact that I'm not a breakfast eater. That said this is an average place for breakfast food. If has an ok selection of items - plenty for the normal person. But don't expect an IHOP experience. I'm not sure there is another breakfast place in town but I will look to see just to... More
