Good food made with organic ingredients. I had a bagel with cream cheese, eggs, and their fried potatoes. It's one of the few places in Belfast Maine to go for breakfast on a Sunday.

A very popular store because of the selection, health products, always fresh produce and a very nice sandwich bard with dining area - comfy, friendly and a relaxed environment.

Large health food/Co-op with a great little sandwich shop in the store. The pule of Belfast seems to stroll here.

Stopped here for a sandwich to eat on the road. Very good choice. Portobello/pesto/cheese on toasted whole wheat was very good. When I ate it twenty miles down the road I had to wish this place was closer to my home!

We love the Belfast coop! The food is the best--good bread, good meats, good cheeses, freshly prepared. Get a delicious cup of coffee to go with your lunch.

Everything is locally produced, fresh seafood on certain days, as are their baked goods. So have to be there on those days, or shortly thereafter to get fresh bread. Great coffee, but often sold out often. Very helpful but need to anticipate a bit more efficiently peak season demands.

If you are staying in the area, you must go to the Co-op---it's a microcosm of Belfast town. The food is great and guaranteed to be both expensive and nutritious. No fake anything, no additives in anything. People watching here is just as fun as checking out the unique and inventive food offerings. It is a fully stocked grocery store... More

The food is good, however is tries to hard to be "local". Presentation could be improved. The dinning area is too cramped for people with mobility issues. The staff are friendly.

Such a great coop!! What a treat to find this adorable cafe inside. The woman who helped us at the counter was so awesome. She was friendly, helpful, and even remembered our names on our way out! The food was fantastic - I got a piece of quiche, one of the best quiches I've ever tasted. My significant other had... More

It carries many locally produced foods. You can find meats and cheeses from local farms, jams, cookies, milks from New England's producers, a good selection of wines, a very good selection of herbs for infusions, teas, organic products, homeopathic and natural remedies. There's a cafeteria and simple restaurant where they offer a variety of dishes, no table service, wi-fi free.... More
