Excellent service and food. Looking for vegetarian options. You will probably have to wait for a bit, but worth the wait. They have a Farmer's market, Tue - Sat. We were there on Saturday, but we are going back later in the week for the market and bakery. We understand bake goods fly off the shelves.

It's been almost 20 years since I've been in Belfast, and Chase's Daily is an incredible addition. This is as good a restaurant as you'd find in Portland for lunch. The beet salad was probably the best we'd ever had. The yellow lentil soup had a nice kick and was filling. The sautéed greens (happy leaf or happy greens?) were... More

Honestly one of the most underrated/unknown great restaurants in the country. The freshest ingredients - all from the owners farm - prepared with care. The salads are remarkable, the breads and pastries fantastic. I've had the swiss chard burrito and the bahn mi for lunch - both great. This is a can't miss. Go.

Bought dessert here, and it was lovely. This place is casual and also offers fresh local produce, organic, and fresh-baked goods for sale. We returned a few days later, arriving at 4:30 when closing hour is 5, and were told serving STOPPED at 2:30. Wow, so we did not stay. Chase's Daily does have free Wi-Fi service available so folks... Chase's is a noisy, friendly place with -- sometimes -- good art on display. The meatless menu is excellent throughout (cheese takes up the slack). In season they sell produce to an always enthusiastic crowd. Great bakery too. Chase's is one of the reasons my wife and I moved to Belfast. We pretty much avoid the restaurant in the tourist... Vegetarian, organic, farm to fork with a great bakery and produce for sale, too, it is a busy place so you may have to wait for a table. I enjoyed a goat cheese and herb omelet, which was so fresh and tasty. Those hens must have been very happy! Carrot cake cupcakes were delicious.

You will marvel at the food - the best produce, delicious baked goods and pails full of produce, herbs and flowers in the back. It really feels like Maine farm style...we look forward to our annual visit !

We love Chase's Daily because there are lots of vegetarian and vegan options. They often use their own grown veggies and herbs and the fresh baked goods are wonderful!
