Maybe you have an idea of what a vegetarian restaurant is about but until you've gone to Chase's Daily and tasted their unique dishes - you have no idea! I had a wonderful Caesar salad sandwich on fresh baked sour dough bread with the best tomatoes ever. While you're there be sure to check out the incredible produce and flowers... More

This restaurant is a fun place to spend time and the food is great and healthy. The produce they sell is from their farm and used in their recipes. We often recommend this place to people who ask about a good restaurant in the Down East area of Maine. Get there early.........

We wandered Belfast while waiting. The sourdough pancakes were tasty with maple syrup. Coffee was welcome and flavorful too. The other dishes were fine according to the friends with us.

Came here with four adults and two kids and everyone loved their food. We had to wait a long time for a table and then a bit longer for food, but it was excellent. Had the blueberry pancakes -- wild Maine blueberries, real maple syrup and they made me a two-pancake plate when I asked instead of the menu's three-pancake... More

Came here based on reviews and word of mouth. After reading reviews we were in for the long haul. Got here at 9:30 left after noon. We were told the correct wait time. We just sat around enjoying family till our food came. It was very good - worth the long wait? Staff were pleasant and food was delicious. Just... More

Wonderful food! Very busy place with lots of locals eating there - always a good sign. Be prepared to wait because everyone starts arriving as soon as they open. Willing to make accommodations - I asked for a sandwich as a salad and they were happy to oblige even though they were busy.

Don't miss this enchanting small town! Stay at The Alden Inn where Larry & Rose serve "Gourmet Magazine" type breakfasts (all with incredible starters) ! And eat lunch at Chase's Daily! Drive down to Camden, also to Rockland to walk The Farnsworth Art Museum & eat at phenomenal Cafe Miranda just around the corner! So much to see and so... More

According to locals, The Only Place to Eat in Belfast, and though it is advertised as Vegetarian/Vegan, no one even asks if you are. It is just assumed that even omnivores will be happy there. Usually open just for daytime hours, we were lucky to be in town on the one night that week when they served dinner. This was... More

We were there the weekend of Celtic Days so town was mobbed and Belfast doesn't handle it well. No excuse for how we were treated. We went to Chase since it had been recommended by family now living in Brunswick. It was mobbed like everywhere else. We asked a couple if we could share their table and they happily agreed.... More

Had brunch at Chase's this morning after reading many favorable reviews online. I was prepared to wait, and that I did. It was just me, and a table for 1 took about 30 minutes to get on a busy Sunday morning. No prob. However, when I got sat, table service was TERRIBLY SLOW. It was almost noon and needed coffee....
