Stopped here for dinner while staying in Bangor. There wasn't much around that interested us so we thought to give this place a try. Our food was very good and reasonably priced. There was an Irish band playing that night and the only thing I didn't like was the noise level. The band was great but my wife and I... More

This Pub takes great care in food choices and variety - Smoked Gouda and peppers dip was incredible, great pub fair, great atmosphere. I have traveled extensively in Ireland and Scotland and this pub give you the feel of those pubs. Good Music, great food , Great Staff

We always have a pint and hot stew/soup or another menu favorite. Try to visit when there is music being performed. The atmosphere is great.

Decided to go here with a few people for lunch one day. I had heard a lot great things about Paddy Murphy's. The decor was very nice and you felt as if you were in a pub in Ireland. My biggest disappointment was the menu and the drinks. The menu was simple nothing that set it apart from any other... More

We recently stopped in at Paddy Murphy's on our way through the U.S. heading home to Canada. We went in to Paddy Murphy's for lunch. We were served by probably one of the most friendliest servers I have ever met, his name was Fred. Talk about service with a smile. He was friendly, quick and was very attentive to our... More

We had a light lunch - pesto melt and soup of the day. Both were decent. Waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Nice decor. Little park next door getting torn up to replace underground pipes and stuff.

Stopped by at 11:30 on a Tuesday because the street sign said the soup of the day was cheddar beer and that sounded really tasty. Went inside and it was mostly empty. Sat at the bar and talked to the waitress about what I should order: the shepherds pie or the burger. Was told the burgers were really great. With... More

We were passing through and needed a bite and a drink. Food was good and came out fast. Our server Jenn was friendly and let us sample.

We walked into this pub on a Thursday night, when passing thru Bangor. This place had a jazz 3 piece band playing at the entrance, playing amazing jazz music. We sat at the bar, because no tables were available. We received fast friendly service from the bartender. We ordered a few cocktails and 1 appetizer of wings w/ an array... More

Main concern was the slow service. It took forever to get a drink and order put in. Once the food and beer arrived, it was fantastic! We really enjoyed the live jazz music that was going on. Great atmosphere. Overall we had a great experience!!
