Great Thai Food in Bangor

We ordered take-out last night for the first time from this restaurant. The food was GREAT. You get to select your heat level on a scale of 1 (mild) to 5 (fire). The food was definitely hot.

Amazing Tamarind Fish and drunken noodles! Loved the hosts. Great experience. Dont be fooled by the small store front. Highly recommended.

Thai 2 Go offers some of the best Thai food in Central Maine. Don't be a skeptic because of the appearance of the restaurant. Tommy (the head chef) knows what he's doing (and I assume he's from Thailand because of his heavy accent/lack of English). If you are a true lover of authentic Thai food you can order your meal... This little place packs a punch! I cannot count the times I have driven by and wondered, but I finally did it...I ordered and was not disappointed. I have enjoyed Thai food all over the country, coast to coast, bit this place takes the cake. Do not let the outside dissuade you from ordering, call ahead, pick it up, take... More

Went today with my husband around 3:00 pm. We ordered the chicken drunken noodles and the Sobbing Princess, level 4. They were delicious! The drunken noodles, touted as the best in the world, were the perfect level of spicy for me. They left my mouth lightly tingling and the heat really enhanced the taste. The Sobbing Princess, according to my... More

After finding that MSG was in most dishes in the Chinese Restaurant, we asked the server if she knew any other Asian restaurants in the area and she recommended Thai2Go! Great choice as it turned out. We ordered two different noodle dishes, one with pork and the other with chicken. Freshly cooked, made to order (no green peppers for me),... More

Stopped in for lunch the other day and ordered the Drunken Noodles. First of all, they were fantastic! The food overall, as rated by others in my party, was very good. The location is tough to get in and out of and it really is just a shack, so don't expect to be able to sit and have a meal.... More

You know when the cops and firefighters show up for their takeout, the food must be pretty darn good--and it is really good! It is NOT an eat-in restaurant as some reviews would have you believe; it's a take out. Whenever I have gone in to pick up my food, however, the place is always very clean and the owners... More

The sign says "World's Best Drunken Noodles". I haven't had drunken noodles at too many places, but these are indeed delicious and tasty, and the best I've ever had. Don't let the small building fool you -- lots of good food inside!
