My wife and I recently had dinner at Geaghan's in Bangor on a Tuesday night. We had a pleasant "Salt and Pepper" haired lady for our server and she did an excellent job, getting us drinks and refills quickly and readily. My wife had a lobster salad that was generous in size and I had a Lobster Roll that was... More

If you are in Bangor and want a quick lunch, there is no better place than Geaghan's Restaurant. Located across the street from The Cross Center and next door to Hollywood Slots. The service is fast, the meal choices are varied, and everything on the menu is priced right. I've going there for years and have never been disappointed. So... More

I really hate to say that I was disappointed but I was. We were staying in the hotel and this restaurant was recommended to us. We were sat at a dirty booth where we had to brush off the seats before we could sit. The waitress was pleasant enough but the booth was next to a door that staff kept... More

Went right after graduation, was full but sat us fast. The staff was friendly and helpful even with a large crowd. Had the special of the day and enjoyed every last bite! The beer sampler is also fab for people not sure what they want to order. And the manager is an absolutely wonderful fellow!

The restaurant was a little dated but clean. Our server was very good. we had the spinach artichoke dip as an app and it was excellent. We both had melts and they were OK but microwave bacon really turns me off. We would eat here again but only get the apps and beers.

We went there twice. I tried two different beers as they make their own, excellent. ! Both waiters were terrific each time. The food was not. From salad with chicken, to cold seafood chowder to hiw can you kill a melted tuna and cheese sandwich?! (They did)... That part was not good.

My wife and I had lunch at Geaghan's. We really enjoyed the pub sandwiches and craft beer. Very friendly service. Don't be put off by it being connected to a motel.

The wings are fabulous, the beer is made on the premises, the service is terrific and the Irish Hospitality is overwhelming! Slainte If you don't feel like family within 15 minutes, you aren't trying. I also cite the angry Irishman, the fish and chips and on Mondays the triskele burger. Thank you to the Geaghan's family for creating the beast... More

When we drove up, we thought we were in the wrong place because the restaurant is connected to a motel, which was a little confusing. But so glad we went. Lots of locals in there and families at big tables, too. The service was very good and our waiter was attentive and offered suggestions for us to find the right... More

I had a steak and cheese sandwich. I think the bread was three days old or the meal sat under an extremely hot warming lamp for two hours!
