The breakfast bacon was paper thin, like the pre-cooked stuff I've seen at restaurant supply stores (ie: Sam's Club). It is awful. The sausage was overcooked. Eggs were perfect. Homefries were tasteless.

Giant Stairs is near the cabin we rent annually. We visited again for the fried whole-belly clams followed with chocolate cream pie and peanut butter cake. We were not disappointed-excellent, informal dining, friendly wait staff.

Since last summer, we have visited at different times of the year, and had different meals.(breakfast, lunch and dinners)...eat-in and take -out as well. All have been quite good, reasonably priced, friendly help and served in timely fashion. Thus, we recommend and will be back again!

Stopped in after visiting actual The Giant's Stairs and wanted local. My friend and I shared a cheeseburger, a visiting friend from Ohio ordered the lobster roll and another friend visiting from Connecticut ordered a BLT. Our cheeseburger was plenty for sharing as well as the sweet potato fries which accompanied it. The lobster roll was mixed with a fair... More

My husband and I enjoyed eating at this restaurant 2 or 3 times during the week we were there, the food is delicious, I usually had a chicken dish and my husband seafood. All very good. Stopped in for blueberry pancakes at least one time during the week. They have a nice selection on the menu and are accommodating to... More

Easy little walk for great reward. Gravel walkway but the ability to go onto the rocks to sit and enjoy the view.

What an amazing restaurant for any meal. The breakfasts are amazing and the lobster dinner is outstanding. Kerry is an awesome waitress. Run, don't walk!

The Giant Staircase is a natural wonder an easy walk along the shore of the bay, with magnificent views out to the open ocean and across to Small Point and Phippsburg. Parking can be difficult, but it is well worth the effort.

Great meals and friendly folks. We had a number of dinner meals and lunch while on Bailey island. Always enjoyed the food and when we asked if the lobster was fresh (jokingly as we knew it had to be) the waitress replied "Yes... my father caught it this morning!!" Say no more!!!
