I have been to Fremin's a few times, and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, I've never had a not so good experience. Everything I've had to eat there has bee great, from the salads, to the charbroiled oysters, steaks, fish, desserts, etc. The kitchen knows how to cook a steak! And excellent service! A definite must!

The ladies working at the bar were great. We ate at the restaurant section one night and at the bar the next night. The charbroiled oysters and the French onion soup were both outstanding. The Almond Joy martini was a fantastic dessert and half price after 8pm

The title of this review says it all. Yes, I am a local--call me biased. But, I have eaten at many fine restaurants across the country, and I have to say the service and food here are impeccable. My go-to dish is the medium rare roasted rack of lamb with the garlic demi-glace, though I have had the filet and... More

Best fine dining experience in Thiboduax with great food and service. The atmosphere is beautiful but can get a little load when the restaurant is full.

The center of Thibodaux does not have the look of a thiving community but this restaurant should draw crowds. It is located in an old drugstore and had high ceilings and brick walls giving it a friendly charm. We came for a light dinner and so ordered a salad and a po'boy. We were treated to some hot french bread... More

We were able to snag a Friday night reservation even though there was a festival going on and the town was jammed. The atmosphere is very convivial, sort of busy French bistro-like, and the vibe is trendy and vivacious. They had live music, the place was boisterous and tons of fun. The menu is extensive and creative, and the seafood... More

I won't bore you with embellished opinions based on sentiment or emotion. Pros and cons only. Pros: Friendly, large portions, beautiful ambience, nicest place in town. Cons: cuisine reminiscent of a good TGIF's, pastas drenched in sauce and overcooked, seafood was past it's self life, bread was doughy and stale, bartender couldn't make a simple cocktail, heavy glassware, super sweet...
