This restaurant styles itself on an American Diner. The staff are attentive and helpful however the food while plentiful is only average. I do not expect, if I am paying £11.99 for a main course, to pay extra (£2.99) for a side of chips particularly those which have come from a frozen pack. Too expensive an experience to be repeated

Recently ate here with my boyfriend and have to say we will definately be back! The atmosphere was lively and friendly for a busy saturday night and we were quick to be seated!! I had the nachos to start and he had the cajun mushrooms which were superb! For mains I had a chicken tex mex which i was told... More

Menu is very much burger based although it does have a few alternatives. Burgers are homemade, tasty and packed to the gills (with a stick up the middle to keep them together). 12oz burger with chips is £12.99 (6oz £10.99) which I thought was reasonable. Restaurant is laid out in booths and has an American theme. I've eaten there about... More

we tried here for a birthday meal and thought it was quite average, the frozen chips were cold, I had the chicken stack, there was blue paper stuck to the onion rings from drying the fat off them, other than that it was quite expensive for what it is, if your into burgers and frozen chips then this is the... Been a few times food is top notch and service is very good. Whilst you get large portions £30 for two burgers and chips is a little overpriced. Nice as a treat but avoid going late on Friday or Saturday as you'll have to queue!

Apart from the fact you get plenty of food, there's really nothing special about this restaurant! Food is mediocre and while there is a great atmosphere, nothing really sets it apart from other restaurants which is essentially what I look for when I dine out. The menu is unoriginal and you can only get fries (which I hate) rather than... More

The food was absolutely beautiful and plentiful for the price. Price looks a bit high on initial view but well worth it!! Great atmosphere and authentic chicago feel! Our server Peter was great, very attentive and friendly! Would definitely come back, I can see why there are queues to the door. Would prefer if you could book a table though!!

My husband and I visited the Blue Chicago restaurant in Dundonald at 12 noon on Bank Holiday Monday. Neither of us had been before and came across it by chance before going bowling in the complex opposite. There were a few people in there already despite it being quite early and began to fill up well once we were seated.... More
