I found my dinner at Copeland's to be a delightful. Their food was wonderful as well as the service. The hostess was eager to serve us and set my opinion about this restaurant in stone as a wonderful establishment I will visit every time I come to Slidell Louisiana.

We were looking for seafood and found the right place. Our hotel handed out coupons for a free appetizer so we went there and were pleasantly surprised. The catfish was cooked to perfection (and tasted great) and the chicken parmigiana was enough to feed 3 people. Service was quick and the food was piping hot. The environment was more upscale... Copeland's has a long and successful history of doing signature dishes from many New Orleans restaurants at a much lower price (maybe not quite as good, but still very well. Service is usually very acceptable. It is almost always very busy, mostly with locals.

Just finished dinner. Awesome. Red beans and rice like Mama used to make. Family reunion special supper.

Definitely recommend this restaurant. Their biscuits were amazing. I could not get enough of them. They also have one in the airport in case you can't make it to the regular restaurant.

We were given this as a recommend. Cant complain, after a long flight and the drive from NOLA it was very welcome. But we tried Chesterfields the night after and found the food to be far superior, plus there was a 2 for 1 deal on beer.

A N.O. styled restaurant, Red Beans and Rice. Onion Mum, Gumbo, etouffee and other specials. Seafood is main fare but Hamburgers and meat dishes deserve consideration, drinks and wine list adequate. Service sometimes lacking professionalism. Mostly a fun place to eat.

Based in a 4.5 review we made a reservation for our Saturday night stay in town. We plan to give them another try next time we are through and go for the more simpler fare offered on a very extensive menu. Let's state plainly, there's no way the kitchen can turn out every dish on a jumbo menu well. However,... More

OMG... tiger sauce, fried bowtie pasta, house-seasoned Tassie ham... it is fabulous. Matthew was our waiter and he was extremely helpful in describing various dishes. So nice and proud of his work and sharing the delicious foods with us. Very knowledgeable staff, seating is comfy, atmosphere is gorgeous with gas-lit lanterns and exposed brick decor. Thank you for a wonderful... More
