O rings were a bit over cooked, burger was good but would have been great if not cooked in what seemed like a puddle of grease! My bottom bun was saturated in grease. Did enjoy the apple pie! Overall not overwhelmed but still enjoyed it enough to go again!

Local place with unassuming exterior. Went based on TA reviews... and wasn't disappointed. My wife - not a huge burger fan - said "this is probably the best burger I've ever eaten"! While I wouldn't go quite that far, it was really good. We ordered the Special, which was 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and a large side. We chose onion... More

This restaurant is the 2nd oldest almost continuously operating restaurant in town, having arrived around 1970, amd has been in 3 different locations. Current location is probably easiest to get to, being right on Hwy 190, the main road to Lacombe, Mandeville, and Covington. Since it's been here, it's always been best hamburger ever (although Young's burgers were good, but... More

The food was good (i won't recommend getting onions on the burgers), for some reason everyone in our group who had onions on their burgers didn't seem to taste right and was not appetizing. But overall the food was good, restaurant was clean and even was able to watch the LSU game. There is a down fall to this restaurant... More

Bar none, the best onion rings in the New Orleans area. Let's not forget the burgers though, excellent and old fashion. Reminds me of when I was a kid. Also, talk about old school, they have very good hot sausage Po-boys.

If you've never been to a Lee's hamburger and you like good ole fashioned greasy hamburgers go to Lee's. It's a flashback to the days when a hamburger was cooked on a flat cook top in a it's own fat and juices!! They make very good hamburgers and large orders of fries and onion rings. You can't go wrong by... More

So nice to sit down in a neighborhood burger place, after you have gotten tired of seafood - fast service, clean place, good burger and fries.

We are from a neighboring town, about an hour away from Lee's. We have to make a special trip just to eat at Lee's from time to time. It is an informal atmosphere, where you place your order at the counter, and seat yourself. They have THE BEST grilled onions that you will ever have on a burger. Everything is... More
