We had dinner at William B's on a Saturday night in June. We were seated in a booth in the rear of the restaurant (quietest area) at our request. Before we ordered, Cedric, the chef, came by our booth and talked with us for a few minutes. He offered to change-up anything on the menu if desired. He also checked... More

Husband and I eat at William B's every time we spend the weekend in Shreveport. We love it - get both great food and service!

Went for a late dinner and was surprised by the great service and superb food. Ordered seafood and it was absolutely wonderful.

We enjoyed a great dinner in a quiet romantic atmosphere. The restaurant was not busy, so the peace away from the casino was appreciated. Henry was our server and he was over the top in service. At his suggesting we started with an appetizer, shrimp served on green tomatoes with a sweet jam--not on the menu but a special of... More

Had dinner at William B's on a recent family visit to the casino ... not something I do very often, but there I was. The room is nice enough, with an open kitchen. The food was certainly not bad, but also wasn't particularly interesting either. It had that "corporate" feel, where some executive chef somewhere else comes up with a... More

My wife and I visited over the weekend to celebrate her birthday. We (she) is a foodie, and not being familiar with the area we checked out reviews of places all over town with the highest marks, but ultimately settled on William B's because it was walking distance from our hotel, and we could pop up for some gaming afterwards.... The whole menu was tempting. We had a crab meat appetizer and then red snapper and T-bone for the meal. The bread they served was great.

Everything we ordered was great, especially the french onion soup. Yummy !!!!! The steak was cooked exactly as we had ordered. Our waiter, Sammie, was attentive throughout the entire meal. This was just what we were looking for in an intimate, steak dinner. It was a homerun all the way around.

Elegant atmosphere and good service but our steaks were not soft and juicy as expected from a fine steakhouse. Both my husband and I agreed our steaks were a bit tough and Saltgrass would have been better and less expensive. The food was just good nothing special we will pass on this restaurant the next time we are in town.... More

We love to go to William B's; the food is delicious and the atmosphere relaxed. We have been many times with family and friends and recently went to celebrate our anniversary. We always ask for Marco to be our server; he's the best!! We've never been disappointed!
