What a find!!!! We came here with friends to listen to some Cajun music and were delighted by the whole experience. The staff are super friendly, efficient and accommodating. The crawfish and andouille sausage were exceptional, the beer was cold and the music hot. The atmosphere of the place lent itself to easy talking between tables and a fun night... More

My family and I used to be frequent visitors of Landrys, but our last experience was horrible. We got there around 6:30 and they were already out of catfish, stuffed crabs, and boiled crabs. After asking waitress to have managaer come and talk to us the owner approached the table in a very rude manner. Saying "there was plenty of... More

I was in New Iberia for business and went to Landry's for supper. The menu was very traditional Cajun and offered some good choices. I ordered the Fresh Grilled Fish and requested snapper, one of the three choices supposed to be available that evening. I also ordered it with the Sauteed Shrimp, Crab and Mushroom topping. The dish came and... More

This is a locally owned place which has been around for awhile. It specializes in seafood. The décor is red checked table cloth simple and the staff very friendly. Its a family place with large portions of food that are well done but not gourmet. The crab cakes were very good and more than I could eat. The shrimp dishes... More

Food was ok but staff friendly and accommodating. Extensive buffet though there was too much fried and not enough fresh choices for me, so I passed & ordered Jaimes jumbo shrimp. Very tasty with cajun seasoning. We went on a Saturday night and enjoyed the live entertainment and chatting with the local regulars, which made our visit enjoyable, so much... More

This was an OK lunch but I've had better in Lafayette. Service was good and the setting was pleasant but the food was just average. I had frog legs that were heavy on the fried coating but the meat itself was tasty. Also had catch fillets that were ok but under-seasoned. There is a buffet that had a big selection... More

After growing up in this area, I've had the opportunity to visit Landry's several times and I've never been disappointed. Now that Alex Patout is head chef there, believe me, you will never be disappointed in the food. We went on a Tuesday evening when it was really quiet and got excellent service as food. I would point out signature... More

The food here isn't bad, it's just not that good. If you're from out of town you may be impressed, the building is nice, there's a pond with ducks and geese out front, the waitstaff is decent, they cook what you'd think of as "Cajun food". However, if you live here, and know what good food is (probably because you... More
