The outside looks great and that's where it ends! Walked into this diner and found that all the tables and surrounding floors were covered in old food and wrapper etc... We ordered a salad and after a long wait it arrived in a plastic container with satchels of croutons and other random packeted yuck! If I wanted a service station... More

We saw it was packed in this restaurant and we concluded that the food must be good so we stopped here for lunch. Although we came in on a busy moment we had our entree within 13 minutes. It was good, not great, not bad, just food. The portions were big. The decoration of the restaurant is great and the... More

Great atmosphere, feels like you're back in the fifties again. Waitresses in their poodle skirts and they very quick and friendly. The food was good, I ordered the taco salad and an order of tamales, both were delicious. I'll be going back.

The menu provided enough choices for our party of eight. The food satisfied the pallets of young and old. We arrived about 2:00, so we didn't have to deal with the lunchtime rush. The food was tastey and the service was good. The music and decor were perfect. If you need a sit down meal, but your group has broad... More

My husband and I came to Duffy's after it being recommended by many people. While the food was good, our waitress wasn't. She checked up on the tables around us, but would not come to our table. At one point, my husband needed a refill on his drink and a refill on our ketchup bottle (which was empty when we... More

Fun, family friendly environment. Great food at good prices. We go as often as we can! It can get packed on weekends or nights that have special occasions like parades. Be prepared to wait at those times.

We found Duffy's after a long morning of being tourists, and after discovering that every restaurant in the historic downtown stops serving lunch at two. We had two STARVING teens, who were, frankly, tried of trying new foods, and just wanted something familiar! Which is exactly what we got at Duffy's. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and... More

We had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. The food came fast and the waitress was smiling even though she was running a round ragged. The food is tasty and the portions are big. If you are ever in this area, visiting the Tabasco Factory, stop by this diner to enjoy some Cajun food.

I know some will complain about cleanliness and they would have a point. We stopped in this past weekend after a very busy lunch hour. We were on our way to Avery Island when we went by and the place was packed. There were people parking on the lawn (It's a Louisiana thing)! So we stopped on our way back... More

We had dinner at Duffy's Diner, March 28, 2014. In this part of Louisiana, it is hard to find a bad place to eat. Duffy's is not fancy. It looks like a diner out of the 50's outside and inside. The menu ranges from hamburgers to seafood platter. We shared a seafood platter at $17.99 (about the most expensive item... More
