I ate here yesterday with my don and his family for lunch. The hostess was smiling and friendly and promptly led us to our seats. All the servers were friendly to us, not just the ones who waited on is. It was lunchtime and we had eaten a late breakfast so we got salads and shared fried green tomatoes and... More

I could tell when I walked in that this was a local favorite. It was only a Thursday night but the place was filled with folks who appeared to be "regulars." Live music, too; so I knew I was in the right place for me. The ambiance reminded me of Weidemann's in Meridian, MS and countless similar eateries in county... More

We stopped in the restaurant on the Main Street of Natchitoches overlooking the Cane River as our last meal before heading home. We were seated at a front table overlooking the river. Our food was delicious and the service was outstanding!

Understand that we went knowing which of the foods we would attack and didn't really try much else on the buffet. She: two big sets of crab legs, large, delicious, plentiful, and she had plenty of the complimentary champagne, which one would expect the lowest-end sparkly but no, it was up from that at least a level or two. He:... More

Wonderful food, their chipotle pork is great. Their alligator meat appetizer is very delicious. They have a good selection of wine. Service can be a bit edgy but for the most part, okay.

Went for dinner the last night and had such a fun time. Live music and great food. We would go back again.

My husband and I have eaten at The Landing several times in the past, as we always make Natchitoches a stop as we travel to the beach. This was the first time we came with our 1 year old daughter. We had Bobby as a waiter and he was one of the best waiters we've ever had. He was incredibly... More

The menu for The Landing's Sunday Champagne Brunch boasts crepes, an orange juice fountain, croissants and banana foster french toast. None of them were on the buffet. We had a terrible time trying to peel the boiled shrimp. The prime rib was not tender. I had to ask for horseradish sauce and had to wait for it to be prepared... More

I have fond memories of The Landing on the strip and then as they moved to Front Street. It was always great service and great food. But now, I cannot step into the place. Service was very bad, food was even worse. from the 80s (great) and to now (really bad). I took my mother for lunch and wow!, really... More

I was here around 1pm and decided to try the brunch. Most of it was very old and cold. Mgr. said that this happened when it was slow. What a comment to make to a guest. They did bring fresh out when I mentioned it but it too tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Best part was the... More
