WHY NOT SERVE TO DISABLE SENIOR?

I went to dinner with family tonight after a long road trip day. I was not that hungry but the family wanted to go to Mariners for dinner. When I walked in, they showed a Thursday special of a Hamburger and Fries on their billboard when you first walked in. We were seated in the dinner room. I... read more

Although Mariner's remains popular with many of the older residents of Natchitoches, and although it has a magnificent location, it needs revitalization in so many ways. The 1970's are screaming to get their salad bar back and the extensive menu is made up of cliché-ridden dishes with no innovation. This restaurant needs an executive chef who will re-decorate and re-vamp... More

This is a wonderful place to eat. The food was all good. I took some beautiful pictures outside. Great for special occasions.

Knew this was a pricey restaurant but couldn't find anything else much open. Food was delicious though, and even though I don't think it needed to be as costly as it was, I was not disappointed with my meal.

Very elegant, candlelight dinner with a beautiful view of the lake and very kind and attentive staff. Excellent salad bar, delicious food, and a good selection of wines and other choices. Very impressive place, and extremely large, can accommodate large parties easily.

One dot is for the view & the other is for the food. The 3 negative dots are for awful service. We've been here a few times and with that I'm certain they administer IQ tests to prospective employees then take the lowest performers. This time our server forgot a soup, my entree was incomplete, we had to flag her... More

Loved the location and atmosphere, it sits right on Sibley Lake. We watched the sun go down from our table, very beautiful. The food on the other hand was not good, other than the salad bar. Wouldn't go again.

One of my favorite places to eat and gather with friends for a good time. It was very busy the night we went, but, worth the wait. Great service! We go any chance we get!

Our evening started with drinks on the deck overlooking the lake. Then we moved into a table by the window to finish out the sunset. The soup of the day was very spicy. My husband's salmon was ordered medium and he said if there was a next time it would be medium rare because it was overcooked. The Salad Bar... More
