Very Average

Everything us OK but nothing special. Drinks were expensive and too spicy. Meat pies were tiny! The service was very good.

This is basically a sports bar and restaurant with numerous large flat screen tvs. It has an extensive menu including sandwiches and fried foods. We had an appetizer of fried crab claws and the fried crawfish tails for our entrees. Both were very good.

Staff nice, food ok, mostly fried, bartenders didnt' know how to make most drinks. Food was basically good. I did give the bartender instructions on how to make a Lemondrop Martini and it was good. She was nice to do this.

I had a hunger for oysters and I saw it on the menu, so I gave this place a try. I ordered the fried oyster po-boy and it came with fries. The fries were okay, but the oyster pieces were small and over fried to a point where some of the pieces were so crispy that it took away any... More

I couldn't dare leave Louisiana without stopping by for a hurricane. It was such a long wait to get a table, we decided to get a hurricane to go instead

This has to be the most Hole in the Wall place, but a Legend in this city! The burgers are Amazing! I had the burger with Crawfish on it. Completely Destroyed it!!! If you go during the Christmas festivities...expect at least a hour wait! But well worth it. A HUGE beer selection...although didn't have one! NEEDED ONE after the long... More

Stopped by to eat prior to the NSU football game. We ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer and the cheeseburger and fries. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

I stayed downtown while on business, and walked to this restaurant from the nearby Church Street Inn. Although I was by myself, the place had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I didn't feel out of place as a solo diner. The burger was wonderful and went great with the beer! There is lots of memorabilia, signs etc, to look... More

We almost didn't eat here. We stopped in to get a beer & use the restroom (almost every establishment along Front St have "no public restroom" signs--quite rude and unwelcoming imho). The bartenders and local patrons at this establishment were so pleasant we decided to stay. Thank goodness. I had the Breakfast burger (fried egg, bacon, cheese, on sourdough bun).... More

SUPER nice staff and locals... Food was excellent. There are not very many restaurants on Front St (surprisingly).... I'm guessing that nobody could compete with Papa's.
