Good as I remembered

Service was excellent and the eggplant pirogue was as good as I remembered it. It is in a good location and easy to get to.

First off, Copeland's used to be amazing. You could always depend on it for a delicious meal and great service. Great service (at this location at least) is still there, however the food is just sad. We always start off with the crawfish bread. Not only have they changed what you get in the serving but they have changed the... More

I love Copeland's! The flavors in the dishes are amazing! I always have a hard time choosing! Everything is delicious! We love the atmosphere and service! We are members of the Royalty Rewards program and love getting our $10.00 off certificates! I recommend this restaurant to and none who loves good food and a good price!

While driving thru Monroe on our way back from Dollywood, we called some friends who lived there and asked if they could meet us for lunch. Since they knew what restaurants were good, we asked them to pick where we should eat. They suggested we meet them at Copeland's of New Orleans. We had never heard of this restaurant and... More

The service was best aspect of our visit. Like many other restaurants in this chain, a fresh look is really needed to bring it out of the 80s. To begin our meal, we ordered crawfish bread and a cup of crab and corn soup. We would have ordered a couple cups of the soup but they only had one cup... More

This is the second time my wife and I have eaten here. I don't remember much about the first visit other than we liked the food and they have a bar at which we can stand. We stopped during a road trip both times and needed to stand for a while. As I said, the food is good. Great even,... More

I visited 5/25/2015 for lunch. I had Blackened Catfish over veggies that was superb, along with some ok creamed spinach (lil too creamy and spicy). My waitress, Tammara was one of the kindest waitresses I ever had. Really enjoyed talking to her. I would definitely eat here again.

Liked the selection of food there. We wanted some LA food and we got some. Gumbo and jambalaya for me it was. We loved the biscuits! Service was a little slow but that's just me.

Great food, atmosphere, service. Bayou Broccoli balls and Catfish Acadania were both fantastic, as always. Dessert was great too - red velvet cheese cake, bread pudding. Just as good as I remember.

The catfish ricochet is the best I have ever eaten at Copelands in Monore. The pecan sauce on top of the catfish is rich and delicious. Their signature cheesecake rounds out the meal for a wonderful experience. However, the Sunday Brunch leaves much to be desired.
