I always order the pig sandwich here. it is pork cooked in the crawfish boil and served on gambino bun with slaw(if you like that) and a pickled okra. I don't eat crawfish much so I get this to get that flavor and it is worth it. Even though I don't eat crawfish family or friends I am with will... More

Cormiers does BBQ crabs on Thursday night and old fashioned fish and shrimp fry on Friday night during football season . Yum we also had boudin that Jamie Cormier makes. I am missing the Nancy sauce for the boudin but that is for crawfish time .

Cormier's is located in a former gas station which despite how it looks serves up the best Cajun food in North Louisiana. The restaurant was started and run by the Cormier family- Larry and his son Jamie are from South Louisiana, where most Cajun communities are located. Cormier's serves up the best crawfish in town-steaming hot and spicy. Not for... More

Do not go here for the crawfish. I was not impressed. I am no crawfish connoisseur but I do like them to have flavor and sprinkling a little seasoning AFTER they are cooked does not satisfy me.

There is only a very small space for indoor seating..this used to be an old gas station. There are picnic tables outside for seating. There is a hopper for the younger children and certain nights they have a band. It is a fun layed back atmosphere with very good food, The waitresses are very busy but very sweet. You may... More

My daughter brought me here and introduced me to "mud bugs", better known as crawfish. We got the platter that serves two people. It came with corn cobs and steamed red potatoes. The restaurant sits close to the road and inside seating is limited. They offer outside seating at picnic tables and it was a lot of fun because we... More

I bought some crawfish to go. This is probably a good place if you truly don't know good crawfish; otherwise, they are moving too fast. Unbelieveable grit in the crawfish. The cook was handling the potatoes and corn with his bare hands. I will not make a return trip here for sure.

Atmosphere is not very high end but the food is worth it. The restaurant has a play area for kids to jump in to keep them busy while you eat.

This place is a great find for some wonderful Cajun food. Crawfish was awesome and seafood gumbo as good as I have ever had.
