Our last visit, the fish special rocked. This time, a new chef tried an African spin on grilled albacore, and while tasty, was not in the same league. That said, the Oysters Bienville were outstanding and the grilled Caesar was excellent. Still good value wine options, and the entire staff was on their game. Again, we felt well cared for.

The Blue Crab appetizer had chicken in it ? When we asked why, we were assured it wasn't chicken, yet the bill had an additional charge of ADD GRILL CHICKEN??. The Campfire fish was soggy with no seasoning and the salad was like swallowing a whole pack of double mint gum.. This place was not very busy and this was... More

The food is always consistently good, as is the service. The duck wraps and smoked trout dip is a must try appetizer. The shrimp and grits are awesome. And the old smokey drink is an experience in itself.

I have lived in West Monroe all my life and never been to Cotton's. My boyfriend made reservations for my birthday. I have to say that was the best food I have ever had out on the town. We got the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer (excellent). I ordered the duck breast an he ordered the pork chop. I... More

I stumbled up on this place by accident. Very well run business. The attentiveness to the customer by every employee was very refreshing. They were comfortable and confident in their recommendations. My server was in training and you would have never known it. I read the reviews while waiting on a table. Most were favorable. A couple were not so... More

Excellent atmosphere. Excellent food. Excellent service. High priced. Loved the fresh garden salad with fresh butter beans, peas, corn & more, yet no lettuce!

Went here with high expectations & boy was I disappointed! The 2 best things were my blueberry drink & the bacon wrapped duck pepper appetizers. I ordered the filet special medium rare on the rare side. & it was pink on the inside. Another of our guests ordered the rib eye well done & it was charred on the outside... More

I found this to be one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in North Louisiana. The food was good, and the staff was excellent. Our server was attentive and helpful in his suggestions. I enjoyed the deviled egg appetizer. It is rare that I can find deviled eggs on menus so this was a nice surprise.
