This is not a fancy place but they make really good po-boys. My mother lives nearby and so we ordered pick up from there one night. We got oyster and roast beef po-boys as well as an order of onion rings. The onion rings are some of the best I've ever had. The po-boys were really good. As a mattress... More

best shrimp po'boy I've ever had. I can't imagine finding anything better. The roast beef was a knock out as well. Great, local atmosphere. Awesome, friendly service. My favorite place in New Orleans thus far!

Radostas in Metairie is the place, if you want to go where the locals go. Casual, friendly, informal combination restaurant/deli/sandwich place. I like it for the great oyster poor boys. It's out of the way, but if you're in the general vicinity, I'd recommend it for a poor boy!

This is a traditional New Orleans (well, actually, old Metairie) neighborhood short order and po-boy restaurant of the type that makes New Orleans area casual dining some of the best in the world. Besides the regular po-boys, there are special po-boys named after each member of the family: Joan's is like a barbecued shrimp; Don's with house made Italian sausage,... More

This place is so worthwhile. Don't come to the NOLA and not visit here. The owners and staff are super friendly and cater to the customers.

There are not many places you can find where families still work togeher in a family business. This is one of New Orleans' rare jewels that I encourage people to discover. On any given day you are likely to be greetd by Joan who is always happy to give yu a warm hello and make you feel as you have... More

Radosta's is a hole in the wall in Metairie that serves mostly sandwiches, some plate lunches. Fried shrimp and oyster poboys with onion rings are the dishes in which they excel beyond any other restaurant, past or present, and that's saying a lot. They serve a fantastic breaded veal cutlet poboy. The french fries are awful. This restaurant has been... More

The food is great and the people are nice. This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. We bring our children and enjoy the good food and atmosphere. This is reminiscent of an older New Orleans poor boy "joint" however Radosta's is a little nicer than a "joint." Prices are reasonable. This is not the place to go if you are in... More
