The owners, cooks and waiters are so friendly, Top dinning service with a small town twist. I can't say enough about this place. I would recommend Red River Grill... More

I travel quite a bit for work, and I live in a fabulous FOODIE city. So I am thrilled when traveling away from home when I come across a restaurant that is a nice mixture of fine dining with great service and reasonable prices. The martini and wine were spot on, and the pecan trout was perfect. Perfect. The restaurant... More

I ordered the daily special of seafood stuffed flounder. Sounded great but the fish was way over cooked and dry. They did provide a sauce which helped, but between that and the greasy green bean side dish, I can't say I was very impressed. My friend on the other hand had the steak and she said it was very good.

I moved here from Colorado weeks ago and finally found the restaurant with the food, ambiance, and prices we have been searching for. It is well worth the 35 minute drive out of Alexandria. Marksville is a small town and this restaurant has a definite Cajun flare! Food is by the best in 60 mile area and prices $$! Ask... More

We live local to the area and visit this restaurant often. The food is delicious...featuring (in myself and my husband's opinion) the best Ribeye any restaurant can offer! Topped with the lump crabmeat, it is one of a kind! All of the food is delicious. They also have a wonderful wine and martini list and do sushi on Wednesday nights.... More

Fantastic atmosphere! Wonderful wait staff - Robert is a seasoned waiter with exceptional instincts. The bus boys show such prowess and due diligence that it is obviously apparent they love their job and are proud to be working here. The food is extremely good....the flavours are perfectly balanced and the presentation is spot on. Was amusing that one could look... More

We went here with the family on wife's recommendation. I ordered Redfish Avoyelles. While it was okay, what stuck in my mind was that they served their house salad on plastic plates! If your trying to be an upscale restaurant where the food is overpriced to begin with don't ever use plastic plates for your salads! Ugh!

RR Grill has a nice menu with a very good variety of dishes. It's just a neat little place that Marksville should be proud to have. We've eaten there several times and every dish has been wonderful. The oysters Bienville are super great!

Once a year the boys and I join my husband in Marksville. Tonight I had the portabella mushroom stuffed with crawfish and goat cheese. It was hands down the best meal I've had in a long time and I have eaten at Wolfgang Puck's, Emeril's and John Besh's to name just a few restaurants I've had the pleasure of dining... More
