This is by far, the best Chinese Resaurant I have ever been to, including several in San Francisco. more
Trey Yuen specializes in delicious Chinese sauces, yet they put a Louisiana twist on their food with local ingredients. The sauces are spectacular! My favorites: Szechuan Spicy Beef, Lamb or Alligator, Tong Cho Platter, Presidential Chicken. Do not miss the Szechuan sauce or Tong Cho sauce on your entree choice!!!!! Also LOVE Wor Wonton Soup! This is one of the best places across the country to eat. Its not too fancy, prices are in line with type of food and food is orgasmic. I grew up in Mandeville, and have since returned to visit family. Trey Yuen is still delicious!! No other Chinese cuisine compares. Beautiful atmosphere to boot. more
Best chinese around! I went there yesterday and they had just gotten fresh local soft schell crab in. They fry it and top it with their famous sauce. It was out of this world. I am going to make our mothers day reservation there! My mom is coming in from out of town and she has got to try it! more

awesome, but to far...locally I go to FIVE HAPPINESS for upscale CHINESE or FONG's of KENNER for cheap GOOD quantity CHINESE.....yO...WORD !! more
I have lived in Mandeville for 9 years and Trey Yuen was great in the beginning. The last 2 times I have gone I had a roach climb on my leg and one on the table. When I complained all I received was "Oh I'm sorry" and that was it. The food is good...but not worth that. If you want... more

I have been going to Trey Yuen since I was a little girl and it is by far the best Chinese Restaurant in the New Orleans area. I have been to Five Happiness, China Doll, China Rose (which is no longer open but was a local favorite), Cafe East, and other and while the food can be quite good, NOTHING... more
