I was unaware this was a primary sushi establishment but the restaurant does offer non sushi dishes. I ordered some noodle dish with beef and it came with more veggies, meat than noodles and my appetizers never came. The servers were excellent and overall feel of the place was great.

Some co-workers took me to Shinto for lunch. We each ordered the lunch box special. I can eat a lot of food, but there was no way I could finish all of this! For $11.98, you can't beat this special. Oh, and it tasted great too! Must hit this place up once or twice a month for sure.

......went for sushi and tempura for lunch. Caterpillar Roll was presented in a very creative manner.....was tasty, fresh was everything we desired. The lunch special of Tempura and Teriyaki was enough for two....reasonably priced (albeit more than price on West Coast of Canada) but a great break from the Cajun and BBQ that predominates......

The sushi served here was very good. The cleanliness was less than desirable. The floors were sweating from the humidity and very slippery. We witnessed the bus boy cleaning the tables with the same napkins that are folded on the tables and windex as the cleaner. At on point, he dropped the napkin on the floor, picked it up, and... More

This was a terribly dirty restaurant. We ordered sushi and and hibachi and all of the food was terrible. Overall a wasted dining experience.

Went to Shintos after hearing great reviews and I must say I was not disappointed in the least bit! Had crab and avocado salad. Which was great and big enough for two. Tried the LSU roll and the snowman roll. Excellent choices. Have you lots of food. Service was great... Prices a little steep but all in all a great... More

We had a date night here last week and had hibachi. The rice and vegs were incredible as always. The filet I ordered, didn't look like a filet at all but resembled a trimmed up ribeye. But the steak was very good, tender and very well seasoned. The problem was the lobster the hubby and I both ordered. It was... More

This is my favorite place to eat sushi and hibachi. The food is amazing!! LSU roll is my favorite roll. The hibachi is the best in town for the price and amount of food you get. I have recommended this restaurant to many people and they all love it as well and continue to go back.

This is our family special occasion go-to place. My two little ones love the hibachi chefs and their act, and my 15 year old can get some great sushi. The wait is never too long for a hibachi table, 20 minutes last time, and it's worth it anyway. Their sushi chefs are artists and can make even a simple California... More

This is my absolute favorite place to eat out. The staff and chefs have always been very friendly and accommodating. I prefer going for lunch and having the grill due to time constrains but the food is always fantastic.
