lafayette has other great pizza restaurants. but this one is my personal favorite.the flavor of the sauce isnt anything unusual but is what i think sets it apart.just a little more flavorful

Great service from Janelle and tasty lasagna, give it a try. Not a fan of the anti pasta plate but overall we had a great experience. We will return

I am in town for a week. If possible I will be going back. The manicotti was awesome. The waitress is an angel who exactly what I wanted.

Pizza was good and loaded with toppings almost too much. The veal was very bland and over cooked and generally not what I expected. Portion size was too big for me and I am a fairly big guy Cannot make up for lacking quality with additional quality

We really enjoyed our laid back experience at Alesi's. The pizza (pepperoni and mushroom) was great. I loved the thin crust. The service was great. The cannoli was amazing for desert!!!

Well, we have been going to Alesi's since the 60's. This has always been our favorite pizza and spaghetti place. That said, since Mr. Alesi has passed, the Works pizza I always get has for the most part stayed the same, which is good. However, now, when we order the spaghetti, the meatballs have been downsized quite a bit. They... More

I have been eating at this restaurant since I was a little girl. I was delighted when my husband suggested we go to get lasagna at Alesi's. That was where my happiness ended. I am now riding home, writing this review because the service and the management was horrible. My husband asked for bread before the meal, and the waitress... More

Ordered the pizza for myself and it was Ok. Not terrible but I've had much better and not worth the price at all. However my husband ordered the chicken fettuccine and it was terrible. As he put it Swansons frozen entrées are more palatable. I tasted it and completely agree. First off it was rotini noodles not fettuccine and they... More

It was that sign. It seems I am attracted to restaurants that harken back to the golden age of the 1950's and '60's. That sign drew me in like a ship in a storm to a lighthouse! This is probably the best, most frequented by locals, Italian restaurant in Lafayette judging by the crowds of families and couples. Atmosphere is... More

Hadn't been here in over 20 yrs but decided it was time to give it another try. Ordered fried cheese ravioli as an app-it wasn't bad but it was nothing more than frozen breaded ravioli that you can get at any grocery store freezer or chilis. Ordered the anti-pasto salad and this was pretty disappointing. First off, how can an... More
